I have had the displeasure of working with Absolute Heating and Cooling over 7 visits to my home over the last few months. The last 5 have been due to my indoor HVAC unit leaking water which is flooding my kitchen and doing damage to the walls and internal structures within my home. The last visit which was Friday, 8/12, the contractors left without even telling me what they “fixed.” I’ve also, at no time, received any documentation of the visit, what was found, or what was fixed. Janita at the main contact number was not helpful when I requested a summary and referred me to the technician himself, who has not returned my phone call. The issue is still not resolved, and I will be reaching out to another company to make an attempt to resolve. I would like copies of any documentation related to the visits to my home by Absolute Heating and Cooling, as I intend to seek additional remedies for costs and damage done to my home by this company’s negligence which has prevented a proper diagnosis and repair of the issue.
