Spectrum internet was promised; $29.99 a month however, the company didn't honor the price and place an order for ***** a month pricing. Change happened on October 28 when speaking to the ******************** they had given the better price somewhere else the order of ***** was placed on the account. Have called several times regarding credit for the difference even given time to resolve via their internal ticket escalation process. The ticket given for the issue was ******** called at the last of November for the bill to be paid in December and on January 28, I was given the answer of no credit can be applied for the issue since is past the 60 days **** by ****. It has been past 60 days since I was respecting the process, they have to solve the issue and it's not been solved. I would like late charges and credit to fix pricing to be given.
