This company is a scam. If you are not knowledgeable -they will try to take you for every dime they can. Do not allow your home warranty company to send them anywhere near your home. If you are looking for a plumber and happen to come across their phone number & try to call - they will surely not answer. But if you do get so lucky as to an answered phone call, hang up the phone immediately. They are absolutely running a scam.Whether that is by misinforming the home warranty company to void warranties so they can directly charge the client a crazy amount. Or, the home warranty company knows about it and is trying to get out of the coverage. Every bad review on here is accurate from our experience. I really dont know if they are playing dumb or they truly should not have their plumbing license. I will be reviewing you on every possible platform, reporting you to Arizonas ROC compliance department. The background - After previously inspecting our water heater they called us the night before they are supposed to show up and replace it, to tell us the home warranty company would not be covering it. They did it at a time when the home warranty company was closed so we couldnt even contact them, how sketchy.Keep in mind we have been out of any hot water for a week now. For clarification the reason they used is that our water pressure doesnt have a regulator and thats what caused ourwater heater to fail after its 6 year manufacturer warranty. There are a few thousand houses in our neighborhood. We walked a vast majority and did not see a regulator on a single house. If that were the case, per their reasoning, that would cause a variety of things in the houses to fail. Since then we have learned the ********************** in our area regulates water pressure from ***** psi per the *******.gov website.

We had leakage in our basement and contacted our homewarranty company and they said these people will come. But after talking to them they said we need to see mitigation company without even coming and see whats wrong and sent ****** company to our home. This ****** company lured us into a contract as we are naive to all these issues saying they will help us but they never found cause of leakage. They opened our ceiling and now keeps sending bill as our home owners insurance didnt cover it.Forever plumbing along with ****** company is trying to cheat customers.*********************** who I spoke to only answered my phone until we signed the contract after that never answered phone call or answered any of my messages. I am shocked that people like these are waiting to prey on customers. Both forever plumbing and ****** need to answer why they did what they did to us.Even till today we dont have any proper reason for the leakage other than **** dollars bill from ******.

On 8.29.2022 my hot water heater sprung a leak and flooded my garage.. I called Choice Home Warranty and they assigned Forever Plumbing, LLC, ROC ******. The afternoon of 8.29.2022 a guy appeared at my door named ********************* from a company named ****** ROC# ****** saying that Choice Home Warranty had sent him to "Dry out" the garage and he took a quick look and took 2 pictures and told me that my Homeowners policy, not choice Home Warranty, would have to cover the water damage and that they would need $1000 to replace drywall and a cabinet. He demanded to speak with my insurance agent and when he found out that my deductible was over $1000 and that I would have to pay out of pocket he pushed for a check immediately. I told him we would do without since there was I no water damage that could be seen. He then offered to do the work for $800. Told him no. An appointment was set up with Forever Plumbing for between 7am and 11 AM today. Set my alarm for 6am-no show. Complained to ************ and they agreed to be here by noon rather than come tomorrow. Have no idea why ****** even showed up. We needed a plumber. Checked with ROC in **. There have been and currently have several class action suits against Choice Home Warranty by the Attorney General of ******* for Consumer Fraud and deceptive sales practices and consumer Fraud. In addition, I just discovered that instead of charging me for 1 year as agreed with the salesman, they charged my credit card $5100 for a 6 year term. Turning in a complaint with the Attorney General this morning.

Date of transaction: 6-30-2022 Amount paid: 315 dollars Service provided: Replacement of float valve in sewage ejector pump Nature of Dispute: according to my home warranty company they would "In order to complete the approved repair, the existing piping will need to modify the existing piping." They charged me 250 dollars for this proposed service, but I realized after the fact that no piping was modified, all of the original piping is still in place.Attempt at resolution: I contacted the plumbing company directly, they claim that merely touching the pipes was a "modification" and refused to work with me on it.order number: *********
