Approximately 4 months ago we had them come out and work on two evap cooler units. One of the units has been working fine and the other has had problems ever since they fixed it. They said that they have a one year warranty on their work but after having them come out two times to repair it the owner called me and told me that he is no longer going to come out and repair it. I told him that that's fine if you don't want to come out anymore but you need to refund us for the one unit because it is not working and you did take some of your parts back with you and left it unfunctional. He told me that he will refund me for half and I told him that wasn't good enough. I would like to either have it fixed and warrantied like promise or refunded because I have a non-functional unit after less than 2 months of use. Thank you

On 4/20/21 our Tech was onsite with the building tenant ****** to diagnose 2 coolers. Tech noted both Units needed cleaned, bearings, and belts. The ** unit had a failed motor. Tech explained the repairs and recommended replacing the ** unit. tenant did not want to replace the unit and asked for a bid for repairs only. On 4/21/21 our office sent a bid for the repairs for both units. ****** spoke with our office and denied a bid for replacement. ****** approved the bid via email on 4/22/21. Both units were cooling after repairs 4/27. Tech noted we need to return to finish cleaning the evap pads with a heavy calcium remover. These repairs were made on 5/3/21, both units were operating. We were called back out on 5/12/21 for a leak on the ** unit. We adjusted the float, unit was still cooling. 6/28/21 Tech went back for no cooling. New belt was not turning the wheel and tech replaced both new belts. Units were both cooling after belt replacement. On 7/6/21 the ** unit stopped cooling. Tech found heavy wear to the new belt and new aluminum pulley, after further evaluation tech found extensive rust to the unit, causing uneven vibrations and the main drive shaft not running true. Causing the belt to run off center creating friction, uneven wear and deterioration to both the belt and the aluminum pulley. The aluminum pulley was removed from the system and not reinstalled due to being inoperable. Due to the overall condition of the system we again recommended replacing this unit and offered a credit towards the new unit. ****** declined this offer and informed our Company he was hiring another contractor to repair the system.  The Owner called and told ****** that we would no longer repair this system due to the overall condition and offered a partial refund if he had his contractor return the parts off the system to us. We never received the parts back from ******. The invoice for $1020.00 was paid on 5/5/21. ****** requested a full chargeback on 8/8/21. We disputed this.

the unit was guaranteed by a 1 year warranty imparts and labor that is no longer being honored. They left the unit unfinished and unusable. All I am asking for is a refund of the non working unit. $500. If they want to come out and fix their work then that is also acceptable. What is unacceptable is for them to keep my money for work they didnt complete and do not stand by.
