December 9th 2022 I was turned away by the third party dmv for having a birth certificate that did not follow what they called ******* Regulation and there for was not a real certificate. They also said its tears made it unserviceable. I was told Id need to order a real certificate which I did, but upon talking to my mother the certificate despite its pocket size is in fact a real certificate. Lost $60 to this third party dmvs lies or blatant ignorance. After seeking help at another third party dmv they immediately had no issues with my certificate and helped me obtain my travel ID. After reviewing reviews on ****** of power tags titles and more I discovered I was not the first to fall prey to lies or ignorance.Business response

Birth Certificate (must be serviceable in order to scan)

Proof of Social Security Number Document examples

W-2 form (must disclose full SSN)
Proof of Residency Document examples
Mail w/resident address
Utility bills
Credit card statements
Insurance policies
As an Authorized Third Party contracted to do business for the ****************, it is imperative that we uphold the law, statutes, policies, procedures.
If there is any doubt that any required document(s) are not original (no copies), serviceable, we are unable to take such documents.
Power Tags will never refuse service or turn away any customer if they have what the state requires. Name calling should not be part of a complaint.
We cannot answer for another third party that chose to take fraudulent documents. Power Tags is in good standing with the **************** and recently received positive comments during our last audit which occurred on January 19, 2023.
We also have a sign for positive and negative comments directing them to email myself. I take all complaints very seriously and respond to all regardless the social media outlet.
No business should suffer name calling i.e. ignorant and liars.
