We used Alpha mover a couple of weeks ago. It was a horrible experience. Our brand new floor has a chunk missing because they threw a metal item down on it. One guy did all the work while the other(****) played on his phone. When I asked him to stay off his phone cause we were paying them by the hour he was super disrespectful and basically walked out. Practical letting our dresser fall down stairs. They broke some of our furniture. Also they just threw empty Gatorade bottles on floor of our house instead of using the trash. When I called the office about our floor and broken items I was told we would be reimbursed for items and a floor guy would fix the floors. We paid in cash. She said she would email us by the end of the week. That never happened. Now they will not answer or return our calls. If you value your stuff chose a different company. Just spoke with the operation manager who told me he refuses to talk to a woman on this matter and must speak to my husband. He told me he doesnt wish to speak to his old lady. He wouldnt even use my name only referred to me as my husbands old lady. He told me this matter doesnt concern me even though it was my belongings broken. He wants to do business with the man. Obviously he was very sexist and chauvinistic. Overall one of the movers was very hard working while the other one literally played on his phone the whole time. Several things where damaged or broken. Everything was put in the wrong place. They are extremely disrespectful and rude. I would recommend finding a different company if you value your items time and money or if you wanted to be treated as a valued customer.Update: The operation manager showed up at our house unannounced at 5 and demanding we take down all negative reviews and sign something saying we will never write anything negative. While some strange woman recorded us on her phone. He said none of this is their responsibility! Honestly I am scared they will show up again. I may need to file a protection order. They were recording my minor children on my property without my permission! I can not believe the events that unfolded. This company made me scared for my children and my safety! Do not use this company if you want to feel safe in your own home.
