I have had a membership to the online app for well over a year. I canceled it 90 days ago. At that time I also removed my credit card information. It's my fault for not realizing I was still being charged. I Immediately reached out through email to get this resolved. We have gone back and forth ( 46 emails) they refuse to help me resolve this and they refuse to refund me. They are wanting me to log back into my account to reset my password and show them through video how I canceled. Problem is their program is not recognizing my email. So I can not do what they are asking. I stated in ( what I thought was my last email to them ) I do not give you permission to charge my card again. Do not charge me, I cancel your program. Which brought up another issue. How are they able to charge me if I deleted my cc info. Well, I was charged once again the other day. I reached back out to them and we're starting the round and round of emails. They will not cancel my account and I can not do anything on my end. I have even reached out to Alexia Clark through FB messenger, she has failed to respond.

Alexia Clark App is charging me fees for a membership renewal that I never authorized, a membership that and I can not cancel or see because I am kicked out of the account until I enter my credit card information. There is NO way of seeing my BILLING INFORMATION! I NEVER received an email notification that my membership was going to be renewed, nether have I received a proper invoice with breakdown of fees, even after requesting it on email several times, Instead they are FORCING me to add my new credit card information with ZERO knowledge of what they are going to be charging to my card. Also, I NEVER received a copy of the original ****************** agreement that I signed on the initial membership. They want to penalize you for their own lack of communication. I would like to see notifications and charges breakdown.

I thought i was joining this app for 1 year with 6 months of it free. When you pay it takes $179.00 and cannot review before it just takes your money. App is difficult to figure out, she is absolutely, no help whatsoever. I have emailed for return of money, help with the app and she has vaguely answered a couple of them and then ignores. She is a thief, making money off of a lot of people, and providing the worst service ever. I am disputing with my bank and she need to be accountable for her actions! If there is enough of us we can file a class action suit. She is a scammer. There are no documents to upload not even a receipt of payment. I have asked for itemized statement of charges, another ignore.

Hi!I've been scammed by misleading ad*********************************************************. The ad said that it's half priced, I subscribed and was charged $179.99.I was shocked. I've cancelled my subscription right away, and even emailed the service right away asking for a refund. I've already send 3 emails to the service asking for refund, informing that the ad is misleading and the service refuses to issue me the refund. This is a clear violation of FTC law as it's a misleading ad - it's supposed to be half price. I believe a refund should be warranted x

April 18, 2024 - I was charged for another year of this fitness program without any receipt or notification and found the charge on my credit card. In May of 2023, after purchasing the same subscription myself, I contacted them by email and asked if I could cancel my membership and get a prorated refund of 10 months since I was injured -- and they said I could cancel but no refund would be given "per the payment processor". I chalked that up to wasted money and moved on, noting how unprofessional this business was as I had two other fitness subscriptions that DID allow me to cancel with refund and their reps were delightful. Alexia Clark customer service reps are nothing but **** and rude. I thought my interactions with this company were over until I saw the fee again this year (again no receipt whatsoever) and contacted them again, via email as there is no way to discuss via phone. I say this because the reps are masterful at responding in a **** and rude way as to avoid the specific question "can i please get a refund for this membership?". "Yes you can cancel at any time".... but would never say they would NOT ever refund anything at all. This is very predatory and I don't believe is a good representation of a business that values personal well-being.

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent incident with Alexia-Clark that has auto charged my credit card for $179.99 on January 30th, **** for a subscription service without my consent. Not only did they auto charge me without my agreement, but they also failed to notify me in advance of the upcoming charge.Upon discovering the unauthorized charge, I immediately contacted their customer service department via email to rectify the situation and request reimbursement. Please note that their customer service phone number is not in service. Unfortunately, despite my insistence and explanation of the situation, they refused to provide any reimbursement or offer a resolution.I believe this action violates my rights as a consumer and goes against the guidelines set forth by the ************************ regarding auto renewals. Companies are required to clearly disclose the terms of the auto renewal, obtain affirmative consent from consumers, and provide a simple cancellation method.I am seeking your assistance in addressing this matter and taking appropriate action against the company. Any guidance or support you can provide would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your response.*********,*****************************

I subscribe to her app at an annual cost in 2023. In **** after not using the app , I noticed that it was set to be charged again so I went in and canceled the membership. I emailed customer service and was told that I could cancel, and use whatever term I had left remaining. They went ahead and charged me even though I canceled and explained to me that there is no refund. I canceled within the timeframe of the annual membership and when I attempted to contact customer service again they are no longer responding and I am out $180 .

I purchased a year subscription to Alexia-Clark last year. I canceled my membership. I have no active subscriptions on my Apple ID. I included a photo. At the beginning of this year I was charged ******. I reached out to Alexia Clark via email and was treated like I was an idiot. I quote What do you mean you didnt authorize the charge? You registered for a subscription, provided your email address and created a password, and the provided all of your credit card info I obviously understand the concept of a subscription. The fact that the team member or Alexia herself? Chose to belittle me instead of trying to get to the bottom of why I was charged is unreal. I dont have any record of an active subscription. I can see now, unfortunately I am not the only one who is struggling, trying to get their money back. I hope I can save someone else the trouble of working with this company.

The owner has wording in her advertising that leads people to believe her website and app have her all workouts on it. Her words being Youll have access to all my workouts. After signing up you see you have access to daily workouts that disappear each day. She post pictures and videos of content thats not available on her app either because it disappears or changes daily. Upon emailing her or her company the fine print says otherwise they say. You cannot view her website to see what is included either. If out of the owners mouth she says all her workouts are available and you signup to find out this is not the case her company should be willing to refund your money and not be so difficult to deal with. This is false advertising. They should not be telling people these things.
