I'm a perfectionist so I have to search and find "THE BEST" tool to use or "THE BEST" person to get into contact with. My fitness journey started in 2017 and I came across with Alexia on instagram. I immediately fell in love with her unique style of training. She was doing the moves so aesthetically so I gave it a try and subscribed to her website (at that time she didn't have an app). It was THE TRAINING I NEED to get back in shape after birth and gain my courage back to train at the gym by myself. I followed her program for 1 year and then ended the subscription with the thought that I might find a BETTER one in the sector. After all those years with trying all the other apps, trainers etc. I decided to be a trainer last year and learn the science behind it so I became a NASM Certified PT. After that I was SURE (and as a perfectionist this is really hard, to be sure of something:P) that she IS THE ONE! Alexia definitely knows and has always known what she is doing! Her program not only helps you to lose weight, gain muscle but helps you to gain your balance and mobility back! It is not a trendy program, it is THE FITNESS PROGRAM and THE PT of all times! I had started with THE BEST! and I advice you do that too...Review from Chey B

Steer clear. The program itself is fine at best. However, the app is glitchy and outdated, and the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. They dont respond for days and then when they do theyre rude, unhelpful, and quite frankly, insufferable. There are TONS of workout programs out there and this one is mediocre at very best. Combine it with the glitchy app, horrendous customer service, and the fact that this program is more expensive than most, and well, theres not much nice to say here. User beware.Review from dina m

After canceling my membership and still kept getting charged a monthly fee. Extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. If you call the customer service number you are told to send an email. It took four emails to get someone to respond and when they finally did I was told I was told I had to cancel my account, which I already had. Do not deal with this company
