      On 7/22, I placed an order on Marc Jacobs for a bag that is now sold out. I reached out to Marc Jacobs and as of 7/29 I have yet to receive any correspondence. They did not send the bag, they sent a bottle of perfume. My ORDER: #********.Customer service said they would give a refund, but I have yet to hear back from the company since the last email on 7/29 which seem to automated because they asked for information they already received from me and responses did not make much sense. In total I spent $267.61. Because the item is out of stock I am requesting a full refund.

      I called ******************* customer service to find out how I can get a refund or get my snapshot bag repaired. I was sent a return label on 9/24/2022. I returned my bag on 10/1/2022 and it was received by ******************* warehouse on 10/6/2022. I purchased this back from ******** Rack on 5/10/2022. I have called the company customer service and email them endless times and still have not received any update even after calling and calling.

      I returned a purse the same day I received it and I have teh trackign proof that it was delivered to the company over 2 months ago. I have emaile dtghem repeatedly and tried calling customer service (they just put you on hold for hours) and I have emailed them and they just apologize and say they have a high volume of inquiered & to bare with them but it has been nearly THREE MONTHS and I have yet to *************.

      Order #******** I returned a $400 bag Arrived to there warehouse October 12 1ZV2W0239000722625 They keep telling me they need to talk to a supervisor and they can never get a hold of one. Ive called about 10 times.

      I returned an item and tracking shows it delivered 10/12 however no refund has been processed and Im still getting charged through paypal installments. They told me no longer than ***** days and its been that. Everytime I reach out no resolution or explanation provided. I no longer have the item but also never received my refund.

      I originally purchased a bag for a birthday. They refunded my money back into my account. I saw this and decided to repurchase since again it was for a birthday. A week later I see that they took money out of my account to fulfill my first purchase without any warning. That was whatever. So I keep the one purse and return the one I was charged later on for. It has now been OVER A MONTH since its been returned and they have yet to issue to a refund. Their policy states 30 days. This is unacceptable. Every-time I call customer service I get the run around that nothing can be done. From other complaints I see Im not the only one this has happened to. Order #********

      Below are the emails from the company. I placed this order 3 times. only to have them all canceled. And then yesterday 10/17 I get an email saying your order has shipped. I called to let them no I DID NOT want said order.Months have gone by and I want nothing from this horrible company. On 10/18 a transaction of ******* was taken from my account. Marc Jacobs did NOT have permission to do so. For an order that was canceled and never received. And the delivery address is not correct. Then A verbal order was placed.. A month ago and they said we will give you the same total as before. Which was after the order was canceled. That one was placed and they charged me again for a larger amount for the same exact items, that I NEVER GOT. and still don't have. Nor do I want.

      I made a purchase on October 1, 2022 on MarcJacobs.com for a small red leather tote bag. The purchase was a gift for my Birthday which is today a October 12, 2022 I have purchased from Marc Jacobs website in the past so and I have received my product in 5 days so I figured I would get the same service. Its been over 10 days Ive called customer service multiple times because at this point I just want to cancel the order so That I may purchase the product from elsewhere. Each time I call Im told that someone will get back to me in 3 to 5 days. I do not think I should have to wait this long for a product with no resolve.

      I spent $372 on the Colorblock Large Tote bag on the Marc Jacobs site on 06/09/2022. The package said delivered but I did not receive the package. Marc Jacobs customer service has not been very responsive. They said they filed a claim with the shipping partner but they have not followed up with me with a ticket number for that or any news and its been over a week and they have not responded to my emails after that point. This is terrible customer service. For reference my order number is GE2763093016US

      I returned a purse to them. According to **** they've received the product. However, they haven't issued the refund for the product. I've called customer service several times and no one will answer. You're on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. 30 minutes or more until you just decide to hang up. It's completely insane.
