I bought an AC unit from AC by J in June of 2023. I have called them out multiple times. The unit will not cool the house. During the summer I set the temp for 76 it cannot maintain. It is over 80 degrees in parts of my house and one room runs *****. Everytime they came out they said it was working. The last gentlemen that came out told me that the factory tested it for temp of ***** degrees. When I asked him why they would sell such a product in AZ he could not answer. When is it ***** in summer in ***. They called me to renew my annual package and when I told them I feel I have a lemon they said someone would get back to me and they never did. I paid 15g for this unit and feel I was taken advantage ofBusiness response

I called **** to discuss her concerns about her new system. We were able to get our Install manager and one of his lead installers over to her home and identified a few adjustments they could make to get better system performance for her home. The homeowner **** said that as of now it is cooling to the desired temperature and seems to be better. To maintain customer satisfaction we are extending her membership for another year at no cost to ***************** so we can continue to make sure she is satisfied with the resolution we worked out together. **** expressed she was thankful to get this handled, and knows that we will continue to be there for her for any further adjustments that might need to be made for her and that we will stand behind our work at her home to make sure she is 100% satisfied. **** was happy with this resolution. 10/19/23, $729.00. Handle on toilet didnt work. Moisture at grout on floor. Nothing else needed.******* told me my toilet is ten years old and I should replace it. I was shocked because I bought two toilets ten years ago and have had no issues other than above statement. He said to replace inside of toilet would cost me almost the same as new one. I was shockedhe said I could save if I bought toilet myself, I did, he said installing would be around $500. I was still shocked, I should have told him I would think about itbut I said ok. Next day he installed toilet then said I needed a part (that costs $40.00) he charged me $269.00 for part MORE than toilet costs. I couldnt believe it.*** tried email, called to speak to supervisor who said he would speak to plumber and call me yesterday. He didnt call, I called late yesterday, left message no response. Called this AM left message, havent heard anything back. I feel I was up-saled to buy toilet when I didnt need one and then charged for a part to make up for me buying the toilet myself.
