      Service and **************** not great. They blame you for their terrible repair work, as a customer I had concerns about the work that was done.

      Unacceptable Service and Lack of Professionalism Review:From the less than friendly receptionist, ******* and the pompous confrontational manager,***** every level of professionalism at this establishment was severely lacking. My car was returned in an unacceptable state of filth including cockroaches. I have membership at the local car wash and go at least weekly, but it was left here for 2 weeks and returned with roaches. Basic cleanliness measures, such as interior wiping, were completely overlooked. This oversight, the lengthy repair process, they failed to paint the spot (had to return)all left an impression of dissatisfaction. I had to return for additional work because on the last day they found new problem My repair took much longer than promised This was frustrating but fortunately, *** and the other mechanics seem to do a decent job and I have to say throughout the process *** and the mechanics did show professionalism It is disheartening to note that even after bringing the cleanliness concerns to the attention of *******************, the regional manager, no action was taken to rectify the situation. In fact, he added fuel to the fire by promising me another location would clean my car; one week and as I received no follow up, I called him and then he told me that he changed his mind! I have never seen a manager become so sophomoric and confrontational; after his rant I think began to our conversation without my permission Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend engaging the services of ****** Auto Body. The combination of inadequate people in managerial positions, unsatisfactory cleanliness, prolonged repairs, and an overall lack of professionalism is indicative of a business that falls well below acceptable standards. It is my hope that improvements are made or that this establishment ceases operations altogether.

      Sadly, I was validated on my concerns of paying for something sight unseen. I will say here that the actual repair work looks very nice, but there were a few small problems that were very disconcerting.One, my dashboard tire pressure light was on, which due to weather is not that rare, but when I went to air up my tires, it was revealed that the four different tire pressures were: 61, 19, 47, and 38. Seriously? How in earth could that have organically happened? What did they do to my tires?Secondly, my dashboard headlight warning light was on. So I looked around my car and my driver side back light was out. I opened my trunk and saw the inside panel to the back light housing off. What on earth happened there? The damage to my car was on the driver side. What were they doing there? Three, the trunk is filthy, and it needs to be vacuumed. Fourthly, the side view mirror that creates a three week plus extension is a crappy, fun house type of mirror, with a very odd reflection. It is no where near the quality of the factory version, and I was told that it was coming from ******* shop in *****. To be clear, the mirror reflects, and I can see traffic behind/beside me, but its a very cheap knock off, and thats super frustrating. In the end, the bodywork was great, but the 3 week + extension, the cheap mirror, my weirdly inflated tires, and my oddly broken back light, is all very disturbing. Also, I reached out to ***** from the Aurora Kaizen with all of these details, and I have not heard anything. Thats so unprofessional and shameful. My next step is to contact my insurance company and advise them to take Kaizen off of their preferred auto body shop list. This company used to be Mankhe, which I had the unfortunate need to use a couple of times over the last decade, and never had any issue like this. Kaizen is horrible, and I will never use them again. Period. Thanks,****

      My car has been at their facility in ******, ** since 12/21/2023 and is still not fixed! I will never take any automobile to them willingly! This has been the worst experience I have ever had! Do not take you car their willingly!

      Be careful when doing business with Kaizen Collision Center. They are EXTREMELY bad at paying their bills. If you are doing any projects with them. Demand money up front. We worked on a number of new facilities for them. Over a year later we are still trying to get payment and are sending them to collections.

      Wow, contrary to my last experience this experience in dealing directly with the new GM ************************* has been outstanding. I called, spoke to ****** and he assured he would follow-up with me within days. This follow-up provided me information on car rental and turn around time for parts. Essentially, car repairs were completed within a week. Kaizen Collision appears to be in great hands now with a great leader. Thank you
