I visited this business during its normal operating hours Friday night (10/14/2022). The service was very poor, I was mistreated by the servers for no apparent reason, I asked to speak with the manager the employees tried to impersonate the manager to cover up my complaint and grievances, My complaint was never taken and I never received a apology for this bad experience. This business is being poorly ran and from the looks of the reviews on ****** they have done this to a lot of their customers.Initial Complaint

On 4/28 I was at riot house for a bachelorette party. While there, my purse was rummaged through- my passport, drivers license, vaccination card and credit cards were all stolen from it. I attempted to call the next day, and Riot House has no way of speaking with a live person through there phone options. I left a voicemail pleading for a call back, since I needed my items to leave the state later that week, and was never called back. They dont have any email contact on their website, only an Instagram, which I reached out to, pleading the same thing. I saw that the message was read, and no staff ever got in touch with me. Ive heard that bars in ********** are in on identity theft and get a cut from it, and I fully believe based on their lack of action, help and communication that Riot House staff are a part of the identity theft problem. Not only do I want this investigated, I believe they need to be shut down for taking advantage of tourist women.
