Allpro Restoration rebuilt 16 extremely damaged apt units for me. Their work was incredibly meticulous. **** and **** make an amazing team. Not only are they gifted builders but they have also mastered all the business complexities such as insurance, permitting, and third party vendors. They managed the complexity so I didnt have too! Their level of communication on any progress or issues that came up was far better than I ever expected. The units looked incredible when completed. I would never go anywhere else for restorative building ever!

When you are looking for a contractor/homebuilder, what do you look for? I look for someone who has years of experience and does a good job, someone with good references, people with integrity, morality, and honesty, a contractor who picks up the phone when you call and texts you back when you send a message.**** and Will are these people. Within months they re-build our house that burned down. They helped us with a number of other commercial construction projects over the past couple of years.I have complete trust in these guys and recommend them without any reservations.

All Pro Restoration is the company that we used to reconstruct our home after it was totally destroyed by fire. **** and **** came to our home the next day after we contacted them and advised them of our situation. They were completely prepared with blueprints documents that we needed to sign for the insurance company. They worked with our insurance company and kept ** well informed of what was happening and going on behind the scenes. Once construction started, they kept us informed with videos and pictures of the work done so far and also made ** aware of the next steps that they would be taking. On a sidenote, our insurance company was not the best to work with, but **** and **** helped ** navigate through the red tape. **** took it upon himself as well to call the insurance company and kept on top of them to make sure that our needs were being met and kept them on schedule of what all needs were in order to get our home completed. This was our first experience with any type of damage to our home and we were unsure of what needed to be done but **** and **** educated us on every detail that we needed to know. **** and **** also went to ********** to help ** pick out lighting fixtures along with bathroom and kitchen fixtures. They even gave ** their opinion on what colors that are popular right now. We went with it and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. It now looks like a show case home. If you need a reliable, professional restoration company these are your guys. When we first met **** and ****, we were very comfortable and at ease. My husband and I now call **** and **** family. We stay in touch and when **** is in the area he stops by to see if we need anything. You dont see companies these days doing anything like this as I said, as far as were concerned they are family. All Pro Restoration is a very professional company. The two main operators worked with us for over two years while we battled our insurance company. They started the project right away but had to wait until we were ready to move forward. After a year and some months, we were able to call them up and jumpstart our home again. They made time for our home to be rebuilt while other companies would have walked away. They hung on through it all with us. During the rebuild, they walked through the whole process of repair with us, secured supplies, and even provided some great tips on how we should proceed with some of the interior remodel. They are detailed, trustworthy, knowledgable, curteous, and genuine (down to earth). Over the many months into years, we had a few laughs and tears. It was a great experience overall with All Pro Restoration. Recommend highly. Great job guys. Appreciate all you did!
