The account is in my husbands name: ***********************************. Im his wife and handle all the bill paying. Business allows no contact other than their website. Cancelled the membership via their website on June 4, 2024 They have again charged ****** credit card on July 2, for $34.99 even though I cancelled the membership. I only file this complaint due to their lack of allowing any conversation to take place any I have no faith they will reach out. Please help me obtain a refund any maybe this company will get their act together.Initial Complaint

This is a complaint for the clean freak in ***** on Southern. I was charged for their monthly membership. One I didnt even ask for but the guy kept insisting I get it. Well I moved from that area and the closest one is a 30 min drive. I tried calling but the voicemail was full at the time. Theres no corporate phone number to call. I went to the website and the only way to contact them is through email. I emailed them asking for the refund and to cancel the membership. And stated I no longer live close by. Well 30 days later still no refund and I received another charge! On 6/21 I tried calling that location again. Finally someone answered. I explained everything and his response was well we dont get those emails from the website and since it was a month ago they wont refund me. So I went out of my way to email the company and nothing was done not even canceling the membership? Why do they not allow customers to contact the corporate office. This is ridiculous how their customers have no power or allowed a simple way to cancel their membership or anything. But theyre quick to take our hard earned money.
