      This company and it's owners are thieves...point blank. I have canceled direct debits from my account twice in 1 month (April 2024) and after sending me the canceled confirmation they continue to take funds. There is no number to this company and they do not respond to many emails. I can't get any help from any employees working for the company at all. The one thing I did find today was that ****** * Corporation is the company that actually owns Rainstorm. I want my $80.00 dollars back. They will.ignore you until you forget about the situation. Call ****** * Corporation and get to the bottom of things easier. Also **** more than likely will stop doing busy with this people.

      We visited Rainstorm for car washes in the evenings on August 31 and September 7, 2023. We submitted a claim with them for damage on September 7 after vacuuming and inspecting our vehicle while still on the premises. There are scratches along the passenger side doors/front and on the roof all the way from the front to the back with tick marks towards the very back. The damage is consistent with their machinery and they have refused to submit this damage to their insurance provider. We have received a quote for the damages and the inspector confirmed that this damage is from a car wash. Our vehicle is inside our garage 95% of the time as we both work from home. The expectation was for our vehicle not to be damaged when entering their car wash. We need them to rectify the situation and pay for a professional to fix our vehicle. We also need the videos from both visits attached for review.

      On April 26, 2023, around 5:15pm, I drove through the Rainstorm Car Wash, located at **** ****** **** ***** ** *****. I had a monthly membership ($40/month) this whole year. When my daughter and I went through the car wash, the attendant stopped the car wash for some reason while we were on the ramp. My daughter and I noticed a 12 inch crack in our windshield before we got out of the car wash. I immediately found an employee to tell him what happened and filed a police report ( Incident *********) on site. I was told an accident report was filed and emailed to Human Resources and a manager would call me back. My windshield was completely fine before we went in the car wash, this can be seen on the videos. I was told only a police officer can watch the video, when asked for proof my car was fine before going in the wash. I am unsure if anyone has taken accountability and watched it. It took three days for the manager to call me back and said it wasn't his fault and there is no way his equipment could cause this. I was shocked, so asked him why his company would not take responsibility for this repair when it was their fault. I had to pay $250 out of pocket to get my windshield repaired, and I feel Rainstorm needs to reimburse me for this damage because they are responsible. The manager refused to help me or listen in any way. He then told me it was caused by thermal shock. However, it was 60 degrees, so that cannot be true. It happened while we were in the machine.

      I went to the rain storm Car Wash here in Rockford Illinois and after going through the car wash I noticed that my left front driver side front end paint had been scratched off down to the bare metal so I went to the manager and of course he denied it tried to make me feel like I had did this before it has got here his name is ***** anyway after going back and forth he would not give me any information or is who to get in contact with or headquarters or anything like that he had me fill out a piece of paper with my name and address on it in which at that time the only correct thing on it was my phone number because I wasn't for sure who or how this guy will respond he was already being hostile he was already being unfriendly wasn't trying to help me I like to remind who's ever reading this that I have a 2012 Lincoln MKS with under 40,000 miles so I hardly drive it anyway she asked me to go get three estimates I I couldn't at that time because I had caught covid-19 so I went back today which is November the 18th telling him this is where I would like for my car to be fixed which is ******** located on Alpine here in Rockford in a specialize in Lincoln's the guy took a picture of it of course I had took picture of it as well and he clearly stated that he thought and could see that this was a very fresh incident now ***** the manager try to tell me that this happened before I got there but there was no rust or anything around the part where the paint had been scratched off so all I'm asking in return is for my vehicle to be repaired no more no less he's still refuse to give me information about how I can get in touch to headquarters but I found that out myself and also decide to inquire the Better Business Bureau to help me with this matter so other people don't have to go through what I went through with with ***** so what would this make concern if you could please get back in touch with me I would very much appreciate it regarding this matter thank you
