      Don't use Arizona window and door store under any circumstances. They came out three times and installed defective windows where the seal of the glass has been compromised and there was dirt in between the panes. We complained many times and they responded by saying is was the manufacturers fault and they weren't responsible. The installers even told us that they were getting many defective windows from the manufacturers.We filed a complaint with the BBB and they didn't bother to respond. We are out thousands of dollars and they will do nothing to rectify the situation.

I understand that you have done business with us and not the manufacturer, and that it can be frustrating to hear that the issue with the glass is a manufacturing issue. That does not mean that we do not take responsibility for the defects. We are more than willing to get this taken care of for you. The replacement glass is currently in our warehouse, and we are fully prepared to come out and replace the glass, or have the manufacturer retrieve and handle the replacement of the defective glass, or have the manufacturer reproduce the glass and handle the replacement, which is standard practice in warranty glass replacement.       *********************** from Windows and Doors came to our home to give us an estimate on one replacement window. **** was wonderful and no pressure on other windows just information.He was knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator. We discussed standard, modified standard and retro fit. My choice was retro install. There was a bit of a delay because of supply chain issues but it was worth the wait. The installation on May 8 2023 was seamless and the installers took great care to be sure to keep the integrity of our existing frame, stucco and interior drywall. The retrofit looks exceptional and we are very pleased with the result. We would definitely hire Windows and Doors again and highly recommend this company.

      Although I am happy with my door, customer service has been terrible and more than 3 months after my install, the interior trim remains incomplete. My door was installed on April 13. The interior trim was not the right size, so my installer told me they would need to order new trim. I was contacted promptly the next day when they thought there was a balance on my account, but all was paid in full. I asked about the trim and was assured they were on it. They said theyd contact me as soon as it came in. I waited patiently for one full month. No one reached out for an update so I called them. Left a message. No call back. Next day, got a live person who forwarded me to someones voicemail. Still no call back. Called again and insisted on talking to someone. Obviously they had not ordered anything, there was a lot of excuses and uncertainty. Was given a new timeframe. Finally they let me know it was in and an installer came out. He began working and realized they hadnt gotten the correct new trim to complete the job. The next day, customer service apologized and assured me they would order proper new trim and it would probably be a couple weeks. That was June 7. Since then, no calls, no updates, no anything. On July 5, I called to get the status. Customer rep did not know, but promised to call back that day or the next at the latest. No Call.I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have never written a negative review for anything. Once they had my $12,000 they havent shown the slightest concern about finishing the job. Here are photos of how theyve left my trim for 3 months. Its floating out from the wall with a big gap all around. I spent $12,000 with the expectation that I would have a complete, professional product.
