I purchased a screen from Quick Mobile Repair with a one year warranty. Ive had nothing but a run around any time Ive tried to contact their various locations around the **. Their HQ is based in **. ******************* is the owner. He wont return calls or emails. Associates at various locations have told me they would honor the warranty and would call back to send me a pre paid postage envelope. No one from any location has returned calls. Issues began the week after I bought the screen in the spring. It got so bad over the summer I finally had someone else look at it and make a repair since my job requires a phone for work. Im requesting a refund from Quick Mobile Repair since they did not honor their warranty, Partial log of events attached. I have more call logs over the past 6 months that I can provide. Receipt and warranty attached. I have also provided a diagnosis from another authorized repair shop stating the screen was defective. Zac from the FL location was most helpful and tried various time to have the corp office in AZ return my calls and settle the issue.
