Hello My Name is ***************************** I received a letter regarding a incident that happen almost 1 1/2 years ago I advised me that I could contact via email which I did explaining the situation at hand which lead to the Boss name ************************* of the company prior to sending what happened to her sending me constant emails Harassing me before I found out he was the boss of the company and me getting those emails I contact the company and they allowed me to know there's nothing I can do about her harassment since she's the boss I told her not just what happened during the incident but also I've talked her people and given them my information but the harassing emails continue that I had to block her from emailing me any further allowing her to know that her client can also take me to court but the harassment is uncalled for.

We handle auto claims for insurance companies.  ******* sent an email and I responded accordingly. She became upset because I told her what next steps would be.  Each state requires notification of uninsured motorists, but I advised her if there was NO coverage than DMV would be notified.  I clearly told her we needed to verify the claim with her carrier first and would go from there.  She because upset and then used the word "harassment"  and "threats".  I stopped communication with her but she continued to email and also called my staff.  If following subrogation protocol is considered a threat on her end, then she needs to take it up with her state as they made the laws not us.  We've been in around for over two decades, we do the job and that is why our clients use us and we're still in business.

Here is an update.  I called the insurance company that she provided and they advised me the policy was canceled back in May 2022.  I ONLY responded two times, in which she posted the email threads that clearly show she continued to email me.  She then called in harassing my staff.  I will be emailing BBB the WHOLE email thread since there is a limit on this to attach that shows I stopped replying when she asked to stop but yet she continued to email and contact our office.  So, not understanding who is harassing who at this point. I have closed the claim in our office and advised our client to proceed as how they see fit.  No further contact from tortfeasor is needed on this tort claim.
