We spent $1500 with this company and they have not provided a service and will not return any of our calls. I need **** to call us back so we can resolve this. At this point it has been over 6 calls with no return. We were able to get her on the phone once and she said she would get us answers and call us back but that never happened. This was in November 2021. At this point we feel she is probably blocking our calls. We no longer want to do business with them. The customer service has been terrible. Thanks.Business response

They purchased this from what ***** says in **** ! I have not heard from them until November of 2020 when he called to get his money back, I have spoke to him numerous times and told him that we would honor the certificate if he could #1 provide proof he paid for it, and the cost of the class has gone up in that 17 years! #2 if he paid the additional $750 dollars that the class now costs. I don't believe after 17 years of no contact with them ( if they truly did purchase a class) I owe them anything. I feel that the additional $750 and allowing them to join a session is very fair after this many years of no contact. Just to confirm I did talk to ***** several times about this solution, and he did not seem to care. I have never had a complaint and have been in business for 39 years. Thank you for hearing me and I am sorry I did not see this complaint earlier I would have answered it in a timely manor.*************************"The Cowboy knew his life had a purpose. When last we spoke and she actually picked up the phone, she told me she would speak to her partners regarding if it was possible to give even some sort of partial refund since my mother got Lymphoma and had to go through chemo and radiation and since then has not felt up to traveling for the college experience. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK as promised. And on top of that, has ignored every subsequent message and call I have given her in trying to follow up. Absolutely feels as if she has been avoiding me which is unacceptable.
The fact that she would even insinuate that we did not pay the $1500 for the college is very insulting. I have provided pictures of the certificate to both the BBB and to ****. True it has been quite some time since we bought this, but this does not give her the right to simply keep our money after providing no service. Nowhere on the site does it say there are no refunds. This should be implicit and obvious to any buyers.
I have read many reviews on YELP etc and people say the same thing that they buy and don't get calls returned. Doesn't seem like a coincidence.
If you would like to meet us half way and give at least a partial refund of $750 I would be satisfied. You get $750 for doing nothing and we can at least recoup some of what we spent. It is unfortunate that my mother got sick and doesn't feel able to do this anymore, but it in no way should warrant you to keep the money and ignore our calls. Completely unethical and unprofessional.
I ask that you meet us half way at the very least, or you can be sure that I will continue to pursue this by other means.
