Where to begin with this company.....reading other reviews and complaints stating they are liars, only want your money, and don't return phone calls, let me just say, absolutely and then some. Scheduled this company to coat pool deck area before my husband passed away unfortunately. The pool deck area was initially coated in November of 2022 and been quite the process since as the job was a mess. Areas lifted, which they have tried to place blame elsewhere. Pool edge itself is rough and jagged and according to "******," was not done properly or it wouldn't be like that. It should have been rolled instead of workers standing and throwing handfuls at it. Some areas did not have enough of the clear top coat and other areas were bubbled which was noticable by their own workers they sent out for inspection upon initiating the warranty process. They put me on the schedule of November 2023 to remove and redo coating. That was canceled and delays continued until February when "****** came to start the removal process." At that time he stated he would be seeing the project through himself from start to finish. After doing removal for two days, upon leaving he stated he and **** would be out the following week to walk me through the rest of the process. Never showed up and never heard anything over the next month, so had to call again. Then I was told *****, the salesman would be coming to check on moisture which they felt was an issue before continuing. That was a first hearing he would be doing that. Didn't make it out the day he initially scheduled to, but did a couple days later. Stated the concrete was fine and took readings and pictures and sent off to their office. ***** had told me once ***** came she would get ahold of me later that week and get me on the schedule. Two weeks and nope so back calling again. Don't answer the phone, left messages and they do not return them. Completely ignoring me at this point now with a pool deck area that is partially removed.

As of the evening of April 24, 2024 at 5:00 pm, we have spoken to ******************** and she is on our schedule for her warranty work to be completed in November 2024 due to the heat of the summer.  She was agreeable to this and I am not aware of any further action needed at this point.

      Thank you.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

on 8/12/23 i was given an estimate for concete coating services. I was upfront with ***** the salesman and ******** ******. I told them I did not have HOA approval. ******** stated that is ok, they will work with me and they dont have issues with the HOAs. Their refund policy was never explained to me. They stated my deposit was to only to hold the spot. My spot was 9.6.23. I was denied on 8. 18.23. I informed them. They asked if they could use the funds to do another porject at the house. i do not have such a project. I sent emails requesting my full refund. The called me on 8-21-23 stating that i am lucky that they are willing give me a portion of my refund. Their contract is misleading. One page says 3 days and one page sasy full refund. I was given a different excuse they stated they're keeping a portion becasuse of the work they put in. The "work" was they stated they ordered supplies. These supplies they can use for another job. Nothing was custom.

On 8/12/23 Ms. ********* approved the estimate for her concrete coating project and paid her 50% deposit in the amount of $2,225.51.  We sent her a contract and she signed that contract on 8/16/23.

On 8/21/23 she called our office and sent in an email to cancel her contract due to her HOA not approving her project.  We explained to her that her deposit was non refundable after 72 hours but she could use that deposit for another project.  She stated that she wanted a full refund and that she did not think this was fair.  I have attached her contract that shows the cancellation policy toward the bottom of page 2.  She signed the document via docusign on page 6.

Although she entered into a legally binding contract, we considered her unique situation and refunded half of her 50% deposit which resulted in a refund of $1,112.76 on 8/21/23.
This resolution did not satisfy Ms. ********* and she filed a dispute with her credit card company.  Her credit card company sided with Ms. ********* and her remaining deposit was refunded to her on 9/5/23.

Our contract is a legally binding document.  She signed the document of her own free will and it is disappointing that, although she has received 100% of her deposit, that she is still filing complaints.

We take great pride in the work that we do and are disappointed that Ms. ********* felt the way that she did.  Her credit card company ruled in her favor in the credit card dispute and she now has 100% of her money.  We wish her all the best.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

We paid to have our garage floor coated. Some cracks and verticals(up sides) were supposed to be repaired. That did not happen. Floor looks great but none of the cracks were repaired or verticals done. Almost a year later I finally have them coming back out. They have admitted all mistakes of work detail and communication. Offered me a $100 gift card! I had to take another day off work and move everything out of garage again. Very poor communication and customer relations! I would like a more substantial discount for the repair time and hassle.

      To Whom it may Concern,
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. ******** complaint.

Ms. ******** garage coating project was completed on 4/19/2023.  She reached out to us on 4/21/23 concerned that some divet repairs and some of the verticals were not coated per her contract.  We went out to review the project and it was determined that the divets, which she paid for were not fixed correctly and we agreed to get her on the schedule to complete them.  The verticals she said were not coated were not on her contract.  She paid for 25 Linear Feet of verticals which were coated (in front of her step) but she did not pay for the approx. 40 Linear Feet of verticals (on the sides of her garage).  These are the verticals that were not coated.

We have offered Ms. ****** a $100 gift card for the inconvenience and we will be coating the verticals she has not paid for for free.  She is on our schedule for October 12, 2023 to get these areas rectified.  We regret that this has taken longer than Ms. ****** would like.

As Ms. ****** has said, the coating turned out very well and we are committed to fixing the issues.
