I received services at Perfect Teeth Bell Road in 2022 and now they are sending me bills for paid services. I used my insurance and now being asked to pay $815 months later. My insurance said they paid their portion and I paid mine at the office during services received. I called many times and the office can't provide a number for their billing department or corporate number, saying they do not have those. How can they send me bills and not have a billing *****

I had work completed by the Perfect Teeth Bell Road after another Perfect Teeth failed to finish my dental work they had started. My work was completed over the summer of 2022. In August I started getting a bill that stated the customer portion of the bill was $1112.00. I called the office and inquired why this bill. I had paid over $5,000 and was told I owed nothing more. They responded that the bill would more than likely be paid by my insurance and it was just pending them collecting. Each month I got new bill statements for that same amount. I was told the same thing, "Don't worry about it, it will be covered by insurance." In November I was told that my insurance would pay and it would probably be more than my billed amount. I was told, "You might even get a refund if it is more than the $1112.00." December 5th I called to inquire about the progress. I was told they collected $1501.50. I asked if that meant I would receive the difference since it more than covered my portion of the amount billed. I was told to hold while they checked. Then the manager came back and stated I owed $188.50. That made no sense. We discussed this and she stated, "I am not sure why because your insurance did pay more than you owed. I will have to get back to you." Since December 5th, I have had over 6 more bills and for each one I had a conversation. The problem came about when they stopped answering my calls and would not call me back. When I did get through they would state they were working on it and did not have an answer. They would tell me they did not know what that bill was for but I owed it. I received a note stating if I did not pay in 10 days I would go to collections. That was in February 2023. I tried to contact them, no response. I contacted my ***************** They contacted them and was told it would not go to collections. This week I am not in collections and they don't respond. They bill me with no explanation of services.

They did a root canal and sent me on my way without finishing the procedure. They did not put in a temporary crown in like they are supposed to. I even asked for help with why they did not finish the procedure. No Response. So due to their negligence, the tooth broke all apart because they did not put in a temporary crown and now they say tooth is no longer savable and they said it has to be extracted now. The dentist did not tell her staff that the next step was to do the temporary crown and permanent crown. They did not schedule me or tell me when to come back to have temp crown done. I spoke face to face with the dentist and she blamed it all on her staff and then another lady blamed it on the new person that just started when she had nothing to do with it. Pure negligence - They cost me a tooth that was savable because they did not schedule the next step of doing the crown. They need to reverse the credit card charge and refund what I payed for the botched root canal. The dentist is *************************** at ************************************ - Perfect Teeth *********************
