I hired this business to do marketing for my restaurant by means of offering coupons for customers to come to my restaurant. I was paying this company monthly by check and had an agreement to meet each month to discuss advertising for the next month before issuing another payment. I sold my restaurant in November of 2022 and so no longer needed advertising for the restaurant. After reviewing my bank transactions I saw that this company began charging my bank account through ACH transactions and charged my business 6 months of advertising cost after I sold the company. I have contact the representative that I meet with each month when I was running the restaurant to questions why they were still billing me even though I no longer own the restaurant and we are no longer having our monthly meetings. The representative told me the business was working on providing a credit back for the charges even though the marketing services were still being provided. No credit has been provided and now the business is no longer responding to my attempts to contact.
