this business does not require documentation/proof of pet vaccines which is a huge concern and puts all dogs at an extreme health risk! on sunday, june 5, i took my 6 year old boxer mix in for an introduction. when i first arrived i had my dog leashed and he was obediently sitting while i spoke with the front desk staff. they placed him into a room alone for a temperament introduction and i was told i could leave and pick him up 4hrs later. while leaving, i was approached by two large dogs that were outside the facility off leash, barking, and jumping excessively on their way to enter. this made me nervous, as i started to realize i left my dog at a facility that did not require dog owners to properly handle their pets. legally, dogs in ******* are required to be leashed/proper measures need to be taken by pet owners to restrain the pet to protect others from potential harm that can arise out of a dog's actions.i was called by the staff 90minutes later to tell me i needed to pick my dog up because they had aggressive dogs who were "squaring up" to my dog and my dog would not be safe. it seemed odd to me that instead of accepting my dog (who they repeatedly confirmed was not aggressive and non-instigative) they choose to keep aggressive dogs who instigate fights. thankfully, i recorded my conversations with the business and made sure they confirmed clearly that my dog was not the instigator or aggressive as i've seen how this business owner refuses to be accountable for any poor reviews. i was told that if i has brought my dog on a different day where less aggressive dogs were present he would have most likely been accepted but this day was a busy day and they weren't prepared.the employees seem overwhelmed and unable to properly manage the amount of dogs present. i hope others avoid this daycare for the health and safety of their own animal.Initial Complaint

My dogs have been attending this facility for the last 7 years. Over the years, this facility has reached out to me on a number of occasions to share videos of my dogs playing and have even called to let me know my dog **** was limping a bit. Up until today, my perception of this facility was positive. I'd never had a reason to believe otherwise. It wasn't until today that I learned they have been muzzling my dog Gunner since October of 2021. This was never communicated to me. As established above, this facility has demonstrated an ability to communicate in a number of ways and for a number of various reasons. They neglected to notify me of their concerns about his change in behavior (something I've not seen) and they made a call to muzzle him without my consent. The last time I dropped them off, my dog Gunner was attacked by another dog and my dog was placed on a "do not accept back" list. When my husband picked them up, no one at the facility mentioned thesituation nor did they let us know my dog was no longer welcome back. Their failure to properly handle the situation put me in a terrible position this weekend. I did not know my dog wasn't welcome back and I had plans to travel out of town with my husband. It wasn't until I arrived today that I learned about his status.My concern is three fold.1) The facility made a decision about my dogs well being without consulting me.2) They endangered my dog by muzzling him (he couldn't protect himself) and he was attacked the last time he was there. This is a form of neglect.3) They made a decision to place my dog on a black list when he was attacked without communicating to me.
