I Paid this company $3200 to help me figure out how my computer keeps getting hacked. All they did was send me a PDF showing every file on my computer and two files that had a virus in them. This doesn't help me in any way. I've asked many times for a copy of my contract and they wont give it to me. I'd like a refund or at least partial refund.Business response

I have attached for you several attachments associated with Mr. ******** investigation with our Company. The attachments contain a summary of the investigation and several important documents. These were compiled in May of 2022 in order to respond to a chargeback which ****************** submitted to his credit card company. ****************** requested the entirety of his $3,200 retainer deposit be returned/refunded to him. After review of these attachment the credit card company dismissed his chargeback in our favor. They consist of the following:
- Letter dated May 5, 2022 to the credit card company with a summary of the investigation;
- Exhibit A Professional Services Agreement between ****************** and our Company dated November 23, 2021;
- Exhibit B ***** communications between ****************** and our Company Case Analyst *********************************;
- Exhibit C ***** communications between ****************** and our Company Case Manage *****************;
- Exhibit D Itemized Invoice
- ********* Case Report; delivered to ****************** on January 20, 2022.
In summary, the Client believed that his computer was hacked. He requested a forensic examination to confirm (or deny) that a hack had occurred. Our forensic examiner found no evidence of a hack and this was reported to the ******************* We deemed this as a positive result, but for whatever reasons he was not satisfied with the result. His dissatisfaction does not change that the facts that he requested this work for a fee certain and we provided the same. As such, as with his chargeback in May of 2022, we believe we fully performed the services requested and as outlined in the contract and do not believe a refund of any monies is warranted.

I paid this company 20k to do an investigation for me. They did absolutely nothing. When I went to there offices to pick up the so called report that they had made for me. They would not speak with me, even threatened to call the police if I did not leave. all I have ever wanted was the report of what they found, or give me my money back. This company needs to be investigated!!Business response

My wife and I hired these guys last year to look into a case they have done nothing throughout the whole year ***** paid on time of $5,000 us funds I have been trying for the past month to get my money returned they have now ignored all my phone calls and ignored all my emails the last message I got from them was a month ago saying it was up to management
