              my husband cancelled in August 2022 and they are still taking monthly and yearly payments and it's now July 2024....they keep telling us they will fix it and they are sorry but 2 months later of dealing with them and *** billing we are still being charged and no refund of the last 2 years of payments they owe my husband...I would never recommend anyone to their gym!!!!

              Eos had closed their pool and jacuzzi permanently since April 2024. I asked the Manager ****** if I can get a discount rate on my monthly plan because of this closure. One of the reason I signed up in January 2024 is because of the use of pool and jacuzzi. However I was told that she cant do anything about it. I tried to ask for the corporates contact info but no avail. Im seeking to get a lower monthly rate plan. Im hoping to resolve this issue soon.
