Hi,My trucking company received a back payment from Global Tranz for a load that they were supposed to pay out months prior and was delayed. This is the complaint we issued to Global Tranz **************** who lost our shipment:Our sales representative from Global Tranz is ***********************, he has been unresponsive and uncooperative in helping us locate our lost shipment. Despite purchasing insurance for lost or damaged shipment they are not helping us with the claim process or directing us to who to follow up with. even though we possess copies of the insurance certificate they say we never purchased insurance. someone has removed the insurance certificate from their portal. We've repeatedly requested *** to initiate a claim, but he hasn't taken any action. we attached screen shot of the insurance purchased for this shipment however someone from their company removed the certificate of insurance after we contacted him to put in a claim. We are in a difficult situation, as our shipment's value exceeds $5,000, and it's disheartening that *** is not providing us with the necessary information or assistance. The shipment was dispatched on 9/7/23 with BOL#********, using DDP as the carrier. Unfortunately, when we reached out to DDP, they informed us that they couldn't disclose any details since Global Tranz is the one to contact on this matter. Given these circumstances, we would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed. We hope to avoid legal action and costly legal fees, but we are determined to resolve this matter. Accepted and hauled a load from ** to CA in Oct 2022. When time came to get payment it was denied saying another *********** hauled the load. I have all documentation and BOL for this load. Can't get ***************************,***********, who dispatched the load to return my calls or emails. Can't get AP to return my calls or emails. Load Ref is *********. On 2/21/2021, ***** Trucking LLC delivered a load (Load# ********) for GlobalTranz for a rate of $950.00 from ****** ** to ************ ** (269 miles). ***** Trucking LLC received a signed bill of lading serving as proof of delivery by the receiver. ***** Trucking LLC then submitted this load to be factored for payment to ********************* the same day and received payment from TBS for said load. Upon invoicing GlobalTranz for the $950.00 payment owed to TBS on behalf of ***** Trucking LLC, TBS was advised by GlobalTranz that the load was canceled and they will not remit payment. TBS advised ***** Trucking LLC on 12/21/2021 that GlobalTranz will not pay. As a result, TBS took the $950.00 back from ***** Trucking LLC as a charge back on our account, which reduced ***** Trucking's income by $950.00. ***** Trucking LLC began outreach via phone and email to GlobalTranz (which is on file). After contacting GlobalTranz over 10 times via email, they have still not responded to me in regards to payment for this load. In particular, ************************* with GlobalTranz, is not responding to me regardless of how many times I contact the company. The customer service agents can see that a new rate confirmation needs to be issued so payment can be sent to TBS, but ************************* will not confirm or respond. The fact remains that ***** Trucking LLC delivered a ****** lb load for GlobalTranz on 2/21/21 and received proof of delivery from the receiver, yet ***** Trucking LLC was not compensated in anyway.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ************ find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The business reached out to me and provided me with a new rate confirmation and said that payment would be issued, but i have not been able to confirm payment was received by TBS yet. Once payment is received, this case will be closed.

Contracted with GlobalTranz LLC on 2/15/2022 who brokered with Reddaway to pick up a crate of wooden doors and a pallet of hardware and tools. The crate was delivered on 3/02/2022 completely broken with the entire side of the crate open which resulted in damaging the contents. The pallet was lost and never delivered. The *** ******** created by GlobalTranz lists a phone # ************ which is a ************** Using the internet to get a contact number of ************, I have called both claims and customer service every business day since delivery, I have been on hold each time for up to 45 minutes and I am never connected to an agent. This company seems to be a scam, wrong contact number on *** and will not answer the phone listed on their site making it impossible to get assistance in tracing or filing an insurance call.Business response

GlobalTranz received and moved my product into their warehouse in Georgia with the responsibility to export it. They chose a freight company in Florida to export the product to Honduras. Part of my product got lost between their ware house and the receiving international client. GlobalTranz does not provide any information about the possible whereabouts of the products or any assistance trying to locate the goods accounting to over $13,000.00. They have displayed a lack of interest trying to locate the lost merchandise, do not answer the phone calls and show no interest in providing an answer about the lost goods. In case you may decide to assist us I can provide all the pictures stating my case.Business response

Global Trans violated their own agreement when we moved a load of frozen food for them. We agreed to pick up and deliver this product on 05/11/2021 from Ft. Worth Texas to Charlotte North Carolina. We did as agreed and delivered on time 5/13/2021. When we arrived for pick up we were informed that the load was supposed to have been picked up on 05/07/2021 and a late fee needed to be paid prior to pick up. We contacted Global Tranz who immediately paid the late fee and we went about the business of delivering as agreed. We found out forty five days later that Global Trans had deducted the money to cover the late fees from our agreed upon rate. This is a fraudulent act, it also constitutes breech of contract, and Theft! When I called to enquire about the money **** ******** lied to me saying that we did not turn in any receipt for the accessorial charges. There was no accessorial charge. That late charge had absolutely nothing to do with us!Business response

We would have expected to see that go to Troy Smithson, ***************************** within 24 hours from 5/11/21, so essentially no later than 5/12/21.
