Do not do business with this company. They lure you in with competitive rates, then reclass all of your shipments and charge you over double. I have lost thousands of dollars by giving this company a chance.I have done hundreds if not thousands of freight shipments and never experienced such high charges and discrepancies, completely opposite of what they quoted. The funny thing is, they blame it on their carriers, who I also have done 100s of shipments with directly and not been re-classed.This is extremely shady practice, unethical, and possibly illegal. I dont think they have bills from the carriers to backup what they pass along to you. A 1.12 star rating on BBB and 1.5 star rating on trust pilot tells you everything. The sad part is, based on reviews, people are still getting scammed to this day by this company. STEER CLEAR!

*********************************** This guy is a piece of trash I wrote a review 5 plus months ago and I received a call from me threatening me to remove my review and if not he would remove me from there system I have worked with ************************* for about 2 yrs and hes a very honest guy *********************************** ,**** and ***** should never be allowed to work in this industry I was offered a ****** for driving 55 miles dead head to be refused to load I made the appointment time and was tracking please stay away from this ***************** hes a real clown he also put me on the *** list ???????? Avoid this company at all costs. Their sister company, GLOBALTRANZ is ************* DONT DO ANY BUSINESS.Rep quotes something which we agreed and delivered and after 5 weeks, They send another Invoice and tried to charged your credit card without your consent.They initially charged $1022.95 on August 1,2023 and on September 1,2023 they again charged for $746.45. FRAUD CHARGES.When I looked online, Found out that they always tries to get a business by quote and then ripped you off by overcharging afterwards. They will quote a shipment and then try and **** you for double the quoted amount. They will lie and make up any and every excuse. When you complain about the false charges they send you to their own complaint department that will obvious side with themselves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GLOBALTRANZ. AVOID THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or you will regret the decision. They will send you every invoice from the freight company (upcharged of course) even when they know it is not valid. If you ask them to dispute a charge, most often they will not put it thought. If you call to ask for disposition, you are ignored. If you file your own claim for damaged goods and the freight company (in the unlikely event) pays the broker for the damages, you will NEVER see that money. This is because they apply it to your open invoices EVEN IF THEY ARE IN DISPUTE. These guys are out for your money. Don't expect to see a dime from disputes and expect to receive unexpected add-on invoices months after a shipment is closed.

They dont pay the carriers that deliver their loads. I wish we had read the reviews before accepting a load, because they have many, many bad reviews about non payment. They do not return phone calls, they do not respond to emails. The broker plays dumb, and tells you he doesnt know the payment terms of his own company. Really disgusting that a company this large has to cheat the very people that makes their business money. I wonder if their customers know about their poor payment history.

My company hauled a tow away trailer for a lady name ********************* of GlobalTranz on 06/24/2022 We were trying to get a load out of *********** ** to ******* ** and they were spamming the load board. We went with them then noticed that they have a very low credit. We told them we couldn't take the load because we saw they had negative point on their credit from not paying carriers for hauling for them. We saw that Total Quality Logistics had the same customer and load paying a better rate and we could factor them. (We have good history with TQL) ********************* refused to release us from the load stopping us from going with TQL. She also kept lying to us about releasing us from the load(saying I'vedone it already). So then we had no Choice but to go with globaltranz against better judgment.we haul the load for them deliver early and we never got paid. Still to this day we haven't got paid. We have done everything to get paid and we keep getting the run around. Now I see why their credit score is so low they refuse to pay for work they contract carriers with. This is not good business. They canceled the load number after the load was completed because they said they were having issues closing the load out. Then issued a new load number to close the load out but still won't issue payment. The only thing to do for a carrier that is trying to get there payment from globaltranz is to take them to a small claims court. They refuse to pay us after multiple paperwork and emails have bent sent they given us the complete run around when it comes to resolving this issue. Very shady business

********************* at global tranz was very unprofessional, kept making last minute changes once the load was already accepted and did not want to compensate for any of the changes. Be very clear before accepting any loads with *********************.

********************************* sales rep. ****** do not book with her.. she is a liar and will do anything to cover up her mistake.. Management please look into this.. She messed up on a load and forgot to remove us after we told her too. Now that she is in trouble she was blaming us and threatning my driver.. What kind of business are you guys running here???? Biggg noo no in business missy

This company does not pay in a timely manner like they're supposed to this is not the first time I will never work with them ever again.
