Made a purchase in August 2023 for an item totaling a little over $600 but offered a $500 rebate. Filed the rebate with the company Garvin promo within a few days of purchase, with a mutual understanding of an 8 to 10 week turnaround time. Well that was the first week of September 23 It is now the second week of April ******************************** my Venmo account. I have been told so many off-the-wall things by these people I wish I kept a log of it (I do now) Shame on the manufacture of the item I purchased, this company has a D minus rating already and God willing. My complaint will help drop their rating even lower so that they may cease and desist the doing of business in bad faith.Initial Complaint

Rapid-Rebates received by $150 Beretta Rebate claim on Aug 15, 2023. They sent me an email saying - "We have received your claim and it is currently being processed. Please allow up to 10 weeks from the date your claim was received." The Beretta website says - "When will I receive my rebate? Please allow eight to ten weeks for the delivery of your Rebate Check after submission. If you choose the PayPal option, allow six to eight weeks for the rebate to be receive." it has now been 29 Weeks and 3 Days. Still no Check. I have contacted both the US *************** and the ********************** by email with details and neither one even bothered to reply. Rapid-Rebates rebate tracking site has a short form to check on your rebate. I filled out twice and they said it's in processing. After that they don't reply anymore. This is fraud on their part. I can find complaints against ******* and Rapid-Rebates like this all over the internet. If they need more than 10 weeks they should say that. Then it wouldn't be fraud. It's too bad ******* has hurt it's reputation so badly over something like rebates. Someone should file a class action suit for interest and damages. A State Attorney General would probably love to *** a Gun Manufacturer.Initial Complaint

8-27-23 I filed a $100. rebate request, case #********, for a Beretta Firearm purchased from "Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore". The rebate was to be received in 8 to 10 weeks. I then called 3 times and emailed once requesting my rebate but received no response. Since it has now been over 5 months since my original submission I would like to have my rebate. i have received 2 emails acknowledging receipt of my request and promising updates. During my phone conversations I was promised 10 week and 8 to 12 week processing and none of the promises have been fulfilled!Initial Complaint

SENT REBATE FORM IN WITH RECEIPT MY ORIGINAL. SIX WEEKS REBATE WAS DENIED, I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE THAT I SHOULD GET MY REBATE $24.00 IN ABOUT TWO TO THREE WEEKS. I submitted my rebate for a product associated with this rebate company on 10/12/23, which was over 13 weeks ago (filed on 10/12/23) which is well over the up to 10 weeks timeline noted by the rebate company. The status of my rebate is that the company has received it but havent mailed a check yet, meaning they have everything they need to process the rebate (see attached screenshot of email from last year)On Friday, January 5, ****, I followed up with the rebate company asking why I hadnt received my rebate in the time period they suggested (see screenshot of email with purple font - submitted via their website). They confirmed in an email response dated 10/9/**** they had recieved all the information they needed but would not provide an estimated time of arrival for the rebate check to be mailed (see email screenshot from rebate company representative ******). Considering they are now 3 weeks late, this is unacceptable which is why I am filing this complaint.Initial Complaint

On 7-12-23 this rebate company received my valid rebate submission. I have their email that a valid submission was received. Their company website indicates a check was mailed on 9-7-23 for the $100 rebate. On 10-23-23, I contacted them about the missing rebate. The responded on 10-30-23 that a check would be re-issued. The company website now indicates the original check is "expired" ; but the replacement check is "pending". It has been almost 5 months from the date of the purchase of this item. The company has had plenty of time to re-issue the check, yet it shows "pending". Please see the attached PDF file - screenshot from their website. Evidently, this is a scam company.Initial Complaint

This business, a rebate processing firm is tasked to provide us with a rebate. A rebate form with receipt has been mailed in October. We have received no rebate to date with no explanation. They "claimed" not to have received the receipt although we mailed all of our letters certified. They don't have a number to contact from their website and when you reach out to them from their "online form" you don't receive a response that they've received it. This type of business behavior is highly suspicious for any industry that's legitimate.Business response

My "money back guarantee "rebate for purchasing Persil has been "being processed" since 3/28/2023.I reached out to this rebate processor repeatedly, and they have yet to provide me with a resolution. I was told "This is a virtual card, and they will send you a link to your email."
