I purchased a ************** M&P Sport II from ******** in ***************, ** on 11/26/23 as part of a promotion to receive a S&W/Vortex scope. I submitted the paperwork for the rebate and received notification that it was received and would be processed. I called on February 23rd to check on the status and I was advised the *** # was incorrect, yet I received no communication of that until February 23rd, two months later, by calling the **************** number. They requested I send a copy of my receipt along with pictures of the *** from the box in which I received the rifle.I sent the pictures and again, no response. I called back and they confirmed the *** # was indeed incorrect and because the promotion ended and you were out of stock, Im unable to obtain the red dot site. That was the main reason I purchased that rifle at the time I did. I was told someone would call me back in 48 hours. Nobody did. I called again and requested someone to email me that the *** was incorrect, and they couldnt fulfill the rebate and I would take that email to ******* for them to reimburse me either through another red dot site, store credit etc.I was told I would receive an email. Again, no email. I called again and asked to speak with with a supervisor and was told nobody could take my call and all they could do was email, again, to have someone call me. Someone finally called me and said that when I mailed in the rebate, I didn't include the required picture of the ***#. I told them I did and how else would they know the ***# was incorrect in my initial call on February 23rd when they advised me to again send a picture of the ***#. They told me they apologize but the rebate period coincidentally ended the day before I called them on February 23rd and I was out of luck. I can't believe a reputable company like ************** partners with them. They are scammers!Review from K. Sprague

I jumped through all the hoops of the S&W/Vortex scope rebate and submitted everything online and got an email confirmation number from Garvin. When I called to check on the status the confirmation number that they gave me, it now belongs to someone else 8 states away from me! I have called numerous times and sent numerous emails to rectify the situation but they don't seem to care. I am very surprised that S&W and ****** would partner with Garvin after my experience and everything I have read here.Review from Ginny D

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been waiting over 23 weeks for a $150 rebate that was to be processed by them for the purchase of a Beretta Bobcat handgun. After weeks of waiting, I followed up to find out that they entered (supposedly) the serial number wrong and my claim was not processed. They (supposedly) corrected the error and "reset" the wait period although this error was not mine. The rebate is supposed to take **** weeks from the time it was submitted. They communications just say follow up for status on their website that contains nothing more than a blanket statement saying it is being processed and expect within the allotted timeframe. I have lodged a complaint with the ******* State ************************** They have been left voice mails stating the check was mailed and when I called in the agent at their tollfree number said that no check has been processed and not to expect it to even mail until some time in March ****. The handgun was purchased 09Sep2023 and the rebate completed on the same they. They are scammers that are trying to keep peoples refunds. Well guess what, I am retired and will bother them every single day until I get my money. Sadly, ******* offers no support to aid in this resolution so not only will I never purchase anything that has a rebate processed via Garvin, I will never purchase another Beretta product regardless of whether it is tied to a rebate or not. Garvin Promotion's business practices are sketchy at best. Don't walk, but RUN and do not purchase anything that has a rebate that is to be managed by these people.Review from Dennis s

************** rebate 150 Sent in email November. 6 2023 no response at all never received a rebate number just an email showing they received my request. email said I would get future emails with any questions or additional information needed never any response at all. Sent in a rebate form for a Beretta APX-A1 fullsize purchased through Outdoor Superstore, the rebate form was acknowledged having been received on August 14, 2023, it is November 13th today, and still no $100- check. I spoke with the company a week ago and the girl could not BELIEVE I have waited as long as I have and assured me the check was on the way and told me I should look for it any day. I spoke with *******(the supposed supervisor) today 1 week later, and she informed me that my rebate has been "approved" and it was sent to printing although she can't give me a date that it will be sent as they are processing THOUSANDS of rebates every day. This company is either crooked or totally incompetent(I'm leaning towards incompetent) !!!!!!!!!I find it hard to believe that a company as reputable as Beretta deals with a company this crooked/incompetent......******* and the Outdoor Superstore are my next calls, this is unacceptable !!Review from William F

I think this company is poor on customer service, my original ********************** request was submitted in early August and it was denied for lack of documentation, which was furnished *****-23. When my original request was submitted they said I would receive e-mail updates and that didn't happen, I received an e-mail ***** acknowledging receipt of the requested information but no indication my request would be honored or when. i cannot find a link on their website that allows me to check the current status. I bought a Snuggle product on July 2nd 2021 (promo by one Snuggle product and receive a full refund!) and never received anything by email or otherwise. (Checked my Spam folder, too). I contacted them last months through their page and received the automated page response that it can take up to 10 weeks. Well, fast forward: today is December 6th (many, many more than 10 weeks since July 2nd) and I have contacted them again. What a horrible way to lure in new customers which won't become new customers thanks to this unprofessionalism. Sorry Snuggle ... this is not how it works for me!Garvin Promotion Group, LLC Response

Hi,We have had no direct interaction with ******* and had no idea until now that she did not receive the activation email for her virtual card. She was sent an email on 9/10/21 and again on 10/27/21. Here at my office we validate the claims but to request that her activation email be sent again ******* will need to call the card center at ************. She will need to speak to a live ******** Service Agent who will assist in getting that activation email resent. If ******* has any further . questions or concerns we would be happy to help. Hello, this reply must be a joke on your end claiming you never had any contact with me. I have screenshots proving that I contacted you numerous times through your webpage https://rapid-rebates.com/snuggle I have not one email from your company, and by reading the other claims I don't believe that these are all coincidences, either.
