I hired this contractor because they have a good list on BBB. They hired a subcontractor to replace my metal roof damaged by hurricane ***. When subcontractor arrived and didn't know the parameters of the job I contacted Julibilee and expressed my concerns to ***** The response I received from **** was "leave the subcontractor alone they know what they are doing, don't talk to them". Well the sub didn't know what they were doing; they 1) upgraded the roofing materials which I never approved of. 2) mismeasured and then cut roofing materials w incorrect measurements) then misinstalled said materials--roof leaked at next heavy rain 4) over ordered materials which I wasn't reimbursed for as they were left behind 5) left metal debris and roofing screws all over my yard [I picked up 100+ 2" screws] I am still finding these everywhere in my yard 6) finally the roofing supervisor ***** was extremely disrespectful and rude and mocking to me on the phone and in person. The problem was not resolved because I have ZERO trust in this company and won't let them near my roof again. And the disrespectful treatment I received I don't want to be subjected to again.This has been my experience w Jubilee. I am a single woman and the attitude was definitely misogynistic and bullying, once i complained about the poor work. Beware!
