              September 23rd, 2021 we signed a contract with P&D Remodeling for a complete bathroom remodel and paid a deposit of $7,438.50. Contract had an estimate of late Oct. 2021 for demo, w/3-4 weeks remodel timeline after demo. We provided all material choices/vendor/pricing to P&D Remodeling end of September so that they could purchase in advance of Demo, was assured by P&D Remodeling that everything on our list was in stock. Demo was delayed a week and started early Nov. 2021. This project IS STILL NOT COMPLETED, WE ARE NOW ON 6 MONTHS and we are seeking resolution.In the course of this project, we have experienced no communication for days/weeks, no one showing up on agreed dates/times, damaged/broken material causing return of Al's employees to repair what they broke or did wrong, as well as water leaks. We have either received no response, delayed response or confrontation from Al when inquiring on status and when the project would be completed. We provided on-going punch lists to Al of outstanding items.We have every email, text between us and P&D Remodeling. 02.26.2022, ***** sent an email to P&D Remodeling to Al the ****** ******* customer service department regarding the last time Al was at our property, approx. 02.04.2022 where outstanding items were reviewed with Al for resolution. Al stated he would repair/replace broken/scratched items. As of 03.04.2022, nor Al or anyone from his company has responded to the email ***** sent. Remaining Outstanding items consist of: 1. Scratches on counter and counter corner chip. Al stated he would get the scratches out and chip repaired or he would replace.2. Replacement of right sink faucet that his employees chipped.3. Replacement of 2 counter cabinet doors that his employees scratched.4. Professional cleaning as they left the bathroom dirty and per contract we paid for professional cleaning.We can submit documentation as requested.

              We hired Al based on reviews at the time. Our 8 week (started Aug 2021) project turned in to over 18 month ordeal, and in the end, we walked away with 3/4 of the work done and hired a different company to complete the project. We lived without a kitchen for 3 months and had to cook/wash dishes in our backyard.We agreed to move out for 4 weeks while flooring and kitchen was redone. It took 8 weeks, and an extended Airbnb stay (which he verbally agreed to reimburse us for but never did---smart man for never putting it in writing. As others have said, ** is a pathological narcissistic liar, and quite honestly a terrible human being. The only way we got a response from him, and for him to complete what was promised/paid for was to file a complaint with the **** Even with the *** involved, hewould ghost us until a day or two before the inspection and then make a mad rush to get the job completed in order to pass it. I will recap the issues we had below:1. Designer is non existent! At the time, his designer was ******************************* (I believe she is in a private business now) and she was not helpful at all). 2. Subcontractors don't show up, or do s***** work. We had one ask us if we had spoken to Al recently, and if we could pass on a message asking when he would get paid! When they do show up, they have no idea what they are supposed to be doing. 3. Work is s***** and rushed, measurements were off on above the refrigerator cabinet resulting in an unsightly gap and they tried to hide it until we got a measuring tape out in front of them and measured/compared to the plan. 4. Al flat out lies about supply chain. He would tell us that materials were not available or on back order, but when we double checked with the supplier, he had in fact never ordered them. 5. We had no less than 3 ******* assigned to us. All quit---if that doesn't say something, I don't know what does.
