      I purchased a 200 watt Jackery solar panel from Outbound Power on 8-6-24 . The panel was described and pictured as having 3 support kickstand legs and having a nice carry bag/case as an accessory. When I received the solar panel, it only had 2 legs and would not stand up properly because it did not have proper support. Also the carrying case advertised, was not in the box. I reached out to Outbound Power for a return. They told me they would send me a shipping label in 72 hours. After 3 business days passed, they did not send a return label. When contacted, they asked for another 48 hours to authorize the return. I still have not been able to return the mis-advertised item after a week of requesting the return. Most businesses process returns immediately. These people keep stringing you along in hopes you will give up. The CEO of the business sends you messages asking if your purchase was ok. When you respond with legitimate problems, an assistant responds and the CEO isn't even aware of he problem. I am having to initiate contact and constantly request updates.

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent order. We want to address your concerns and explain the situation in detail:1. On August 5, Jackery notified us that they upgraded the SolarSaga 200W panel and the old version would no longer be available. 2. On August 6, 2024, you ordered this panel from our store. Unfortunately, we were not provided with updated specifications and images to modify the product listing until August 15. So, the product listing still had information on the old version of the panel.3. You received the upgraded solar panel on August ******************************************** the number of support legs (two instead of three) and the missing carrying bag. As the old model was no longer available and you did not prefer the upgraded model, we immediately initiated the return process.3. As the upgraded panel was shipped directly from a Jackery warehouse, our customer support lead immediately requested a return label from them. Typically this is a fast turnaround, but unfortunately, the individual responsible for issuing return labels had just prematurely gone into labor and subsequently gave birth. As there was no one immediately available to cover her duties, a delay in providing the return shipping label ensued. We sincerely apologize for this delay.4. On August 19, we finally secured a return shipping label and provided it to you that day.5. On August 21, we promptly issued a full refund once we confirmed you had initiated the return.We deeply regret the miscommunication caused by the product upgrade and the delay in processing your return. We strive to provide accurate product information and efficient customer service. This experience has prompted us to improve our processes for handling product updates and returns.Thank you for your patience and kindness throughout this process.
