This store advertised a Bluetees rangefinder, the S3 *** in the blue colorway on their website. I placed an order for that item on November 4th. On November 11th, the rangefinder arrived and when I opened the package the black model of the item was in the box. As that wasn't what I ordered, I contacted customer service and they said there was an error on their site and they had corrected it, but they only have the black version. They sent me a return label and explained I would get a refund once it was inspected and shown to be brand new, which it was. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I receive notification of a new shipment from them, and when it arrived it had the rangefinder I ordered originally, the blue model. The problem however is that since they had told me there was an issue and stated they would refund me, I had to purchase the item locally. They have been very evasive to me trying to get this rangefinder they sent me that I did not want at this point returned. WHen they did respond, they told me that since they now provided the item I originally ordered, I would have to pay for return shipping and be subject to restocking. This is complete deception! I would like others to know about how this company conducts their business. I have emails from the company that outline the timeline and what I have written of here. This occurred on 7/23/22. I purchased a set of custom golf clubs, and asked for the lofts on a single club (9 iron), to be adjust 1 degree stronger. They agreed. I was sent a set that had all of the lefts except the 5 iron bent strong. I agreed to try and play them in an effort to not have them returned and bent again to try and restore them. I then found out yesterday that the clubs were bent twice, once for loft as mentioned and once for a change in the lie angle (how the club sits on the ground). The clubs have now been bent twice and they are refusing to offer me a refund. They are not playable and were not ordered this way.They are offering to rebend them, but this would mean i was sent a compromised club, not a new one which i paid for.
