      7.6.22 Thank you for taking the time to do something about my complaint. It is straight forward. I would like a copy of ALL the dates AND understandable charges of the appointments that I visited the ********** office from May 2019 to January 2022.In my notes I left a couple of messages with the officethe young lady said she did not know when **** would be in. That was October 5th 2021. I then called again and left a message with ***** on October 6th to *****. I never received a call back. EVER.Since I was sent a letter dated March 24th, 2022 from the collection agency regarding Integrated Pain, I drove down to ********** and had a talk with ****. **** assured me that ******* would call me back. No call, no nothing. They say I owe $78.00. I pay all my bills and it shows with a 765 with Experian credit rating.I then received a call on 6.22.22 at 1:38PM from the number ************, a so called *********************** from the collection agency. We were on the phone 3 minutes and I explained what I am explaining to you, and he said he would have the accounting person call me. Guess what?, that never happened either.That same day, 6.22.22 at 2:03PM, I called Integrated Pain and left a message for ******* to return my call. Again, no call, nothing.A reputable company would NOT avoid my callsso would you please find out and get this office to send me a copy of all my charges from May ************************* January 2022? You see, I have ********* so Integrated Pain accepted assignment that my **** is paid in full. I also have a whole policy with Aetna so they were paid even more than just ********* And then Integrated Pain had me pay as well.What I would like is: 1) explanation of charges, 2) a letter from you and the agency you are using to get me to do the work your company has no idea what **** did to your books. 3) Refund for the monies that do not belong to you since you accept ******** as paid in full.Thank you, *******************

      The first time I went as a new patient, I was seen by a NP who was rude, unprofessional, insinuating I was lying on my conditions, and there only for drugs. He never introduced himself, refused to answer why I wasnt being seen by the doctor I had appt with since I was new. On the notes of my appt, he had the wrong patient and information! There is absolutely no way to get hold of anyone by phone or web or leaving a message. No one calls back. On hold for nearly an hour, then I was disconnected. Called back, it happens again. This is a normal recurrence, every time I need to contact IPS. The doctors in this practice have decided not to prescribe certain medications because they just dont like them. I cant even get the medication regiment that has been successful for my lifetime pain. The only reason why I switched was because my last pain clinic closed. If youre able to get hold of anyone, you have to wait for weeks, even if youve been out of medications. Medical personnel do not put patients needs first. We are treated as potential/future drug addicts, all patients lumped under one category. We are not treated as individuals. I was told they cant help me. I realize the overreaction of the opioid epidemic has caused medical care to panic and stop prescribing certain medications (not even opioids) although they know theyre necessary. But IPS goes too far on unprofessional management rules. Doctors are not practicing as *************** Physicians.
