            I bought this item and received it on NOV 1st 2021 They claim to have a no-hassle return policy. I tried the product for 3 days and it exacerbated my issues more and I decided to return it on Nov 5th. 2021 They force you to get permission to make the return- you cannot return without their ok Over the last 28 days I have:I filled out their online return form- NO REPLY I emailed them 10 times- NO REPLY I have called them 12 times; the number is a ****** voice cheapo number- NO ANSWER left a review on their site- NO REPLY Their return policy is a scam I am going to end up stuck with the product

            I ordered online and was surprised when I had two "add-ons" included in my order. I emailed immediately (within minutes) asking to cancel the order and that I would reorder carefully without the add-ons (thinking I must have made a mistake on my end.) I didn't hear from customer service until after the order had shipped (how convenient for them!) I was offered a discount on the add-ons OR the option to "decline" the package and they would process the return because "the buttons can be confusing on the website" per the representative. After 2 months, I still have no refund. I contacted them again (and had to wait for a response again) and was told that they show my package as "delivered" to me and then questioned if I declined another package instead. I followed the directions for refusing/declining a package verbatim with the ***** so I think there's a definite game being played. Working with my CC company/bank next to see if there is anything I can do but it might be too late for anything there as well. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
