      My problem is very similar to the posted complaints on BBB.The hearing aid that they are selling is extremely poor. I bought one in May and it stopped working after two weeks. They sent me another set and again I had the same problem of having loud static in each ear. I called again to report the 2nd pair as not working and they sent me an upgraded pair. Prior to my being offered another pair , I was on the phone both times for half an hour or more with agents who were trying to help to get them to work. Neither representative was able to resolve the problem for me! The second agent told me that the 1st agents resolution was wrong. Again, the same thing occurred with the third pair. I called two times about this set and both these agents could not resolve my issue. One of them wanted to sell me a different type of aid for a cost of ******. Both times I asked to speak to a representative and each time the person said he would have a supervisor call me, but I never received a call back from anyone!! I wanted my money back, but I was told that my warranty ran out. My warrenty was for one year, and I only bought them in May, 2024!This business is a scam and someone should investigate it. With so many similar complaints made to BBB, I would think that this business would have been investigated by now and got them off the market.Hearing aids are needed for health reasons, and this business is making business off innocent people who are in need of aids to improve their hearing and health.My next step is to call AARP where I learned about these aids to give them my experiences. Hopefully, they will stop advertising this product!Please help me get my money back and please investigate this business!!

      I would give 0 stars if I could. They do nothing for my tinnitus, don't help my hearing and worst if all fall out. I have tried all the tips and nothing seems to work. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

      I saw ******'s ad on TV and went to ******* right away and ask for these hearing aids that was advertised. The lady at the pharmacy told me I had to order those online. She left me and right away a young man was beside me, he showed me the Atom one. I took it and paid for it, less than I expected to. I am in my 2nd week, and I use the one beep sound out of 5. Living by myself helps, not a lot of sounds. I noticed today that the lady talking to me was too loud. I had to take the aids out to hear her. Works ok with the *** I will keep trying to do all the directions say, then I will make my decision whether to keep wearing them. But rather that go through all these things mentioned here I will just not wear them and decide later about what I will do with them. I don't like arguing with anyone.

      I purchased a set of hearing aids for my mother. The first pair was too small for her to insert into her ears and when we were able to get them into the ears they kept buzzing. I asked to return them, and they offered another type which wrap around the ear which sounded like a better fit.After about a month I finally received the new pair. These seemed to work a little better but after a few weeks one of them didn't work. I could not set it to the correct mode.I replied asking to return them. I got the return label and sent them back for a refund. The next day I received another email telling me I was 1 day late for returning them. I would not recommend using this business for any hearing aids. I have also been on the phone trying to get what I returned back to me since I paid for them.I continue to get disconnected. I feel this company is a scam.

      Im sorry to hear about your experience with returning your hearing aids. After looking into your order details I see you received your BTE on 3/18 and the devices were returned to our warehouse on 5/14 which is 12 days over the 45 day return policy.

      I will still be issuing a full refund on your order for $340.10, I hope this resolves your issue.

      Audien customer service *****. Been trying all day to get replacement hearing aid. Didn't ask for a refund. They need to inform the public that these aids only last for a couple weeks at best, then they try to hook you into a membership in order to speak with a service department. This is a scam. Folks, don't waste your money.

      Horrible customer service they actually sent me a set that did not work and then replaced with one that quit working and And the second set did not work properly either a supervisor called me back after the rap was extremely rude and the supervisor was not going to do anything to replace them he said I'll just refund you your money and you can send those back I didn't want to send those back I wanted something that actually worbert so at this point I was so frustrated I simply said sorry you have a good day and he in turn was rude enough to call me back and I had to tell him so do not contact me again I'm gonna consider this harassment period I would never buy something from this company based upon the information that I have read about them now I wish I had

      I purchased atom one hearing aids via ******** once online and again in person and had issues with devices not working both times. We all know ******* ***** so i'll leave that at that. Upon reaching out to audien themselves, *********, ****** and ****** were all awesome. They were quick to make things right and even upgraded me to the atom 2 pro which i was sceptical of because of my experience with the atom one sets i had tried which i loved up until they stopped working. While waiting for the atom 2 pro to arrive i purchased a 3rd set of atom one because after spending all these years missing out on hearing many things, i just couldn't go back to being half deaf. The atom 2 pro arrived today and work great. The 3rd set of atom one are also still going strong. There's always going to be hicc*** in life and i can accept that. Audien's team treated me well and fixed the problem. They've changed my life and i can't thank them enough. If any of their higher *** see this, the 3 i mentioned deserve a pat on the back ie. money lol. Thank you

      I ordered the aids on 2/29/2024. They arrived 3/5/2024. Had problems from beginning. Reply to emails or phone calls. When support finally got back to us we did everything they took us to do in emails. Nothing worked. I requested to return the aids and after two weeks of emailing then almost everyday they sent me a return label which I did the next day. Now I get a letter stating I did not return the aids I the 45 day return window. I am 90 years old, how long do I have to wait.

      Tried numerous times to call customer service and wait on hold for 15 minutes then get disconnected. Then they let you talk online to an assistant expert and they connect you to an expert for $1 and the small print says you pay $46 a month if you dont cancel. Just a ripoff and waste of money to get a product that doesnt work
