I ordered in May. Never got them. Called and they always transferred me to a nowhere message center. Finally gave up and turned it over to my credit card company as fraud. They found them as fraudulent and returned my money.Review from Tonya S

On May 2nd, I bought a hearing aid for my dad, was charged on May 7th and have yet to receive it. I have emailed multiple times - they responded only twice. I emailed on May 15th because I hadnt had an update on my shipping (they said to watch for a shipping email) and was told that my order was still being processed and Id receive it in about a week and to keep watch for the elusive shipping email. I emailed again on May 24th because I still hadnt heard anything and they said it was on backorder and to keep waiting and Id still receive an email when it shipped. I have emailed seven times since then to get an update, without a single response. I tried calling them to only be disconnected immediately every time, saying the number was busy. I tried their live chat and there was no one live ******* it. I told them I want a refund with no response. I told them I would dispute the charges, with no response. I have now disputed the charges and am writing this review to hopefully help others beware of their practices.Review from TIMOTHY C

If I could give Bossa Hearing ZERO stars, I would. I have been trying to get a refund for product returned and received by them 4 MONTHS ago. This company is totally FRAUDULENT! Save your money and do NOT order anything from them!Review from Lisa C

They did not hesitate to take my money out immediately. And were supposed to have them shipped within 8 to 10 days. Its now been almost 3 months. Still no hearing aids and now they will not respond to emails group chats or even the contact on their app and their phone will ring once and then go to a busy signal so theres no way to contact them Would notReview from Scott M

The hearing aids actually arrived.They amplify background noise very well; things moving on a desk or table, that sort of thing. They actually REDUCE voice levels AND make voices less intelligible.Completely unusable.Of course, I have no expectation of any refund; its a Sunk Cost.Looking for something that actually works.Review from Jeremiah T

total SCAM Ordered and paid for hearing aids on 3-24-2024.received confirming e-mail 3-24--24.no communications, no response to phone calls.e-mails promised and promised finally offered free extended warranty with delivery within 72 hours.finally I cancelled my order on May 28,2024.Received E-Mail confirming, with promise of ************************************************************************** to stop requesting my money back?today June19, 2024 still no response and the phone # , no answer.Review from Dawn S

Bossa hearing took my 200 dollars and never sent me my hearing aids. Coincidentally about a week after purchasing my back account got hacked from many unauthorized charges... DO NOT TRUST themReview from Sherry B

Ordered my hearing aids on April 14th. Recently contacted Bossa Support to cancel my order. They said it would ship on Monday. That was three weeks ago! Contacted them again to cancel and get a refund and now no replies! Still waiting on my refund!
