The owner ************************* was completely unprofessional. We viewed one of his properties and wanted to apply. When we finally were sent the application and filled it out we paid the 58 application fee $29 per adult. We hadn't heard anything over a few days so we followed up and was told he hadn't gotten to them yet but he would be moving on to ours soon. Finally after another day we asked again about the application and was told it's processing. Days and days go by, still ****** says still processing...I tried reaching out, explaining we have to move soon and that I had a 9 year old to keep a roof over so wanted to know either way. He had completely ghosted us. Never gave us a formal answer so we took the obvious answer since he ghosted us. About a week later we go apply to another residence and I found out that there had been some unusual activity on my credit report. An inquiry was never run by him. However there was a few inquiries I didn't do that were very recent. I had to file fraud on my account and thank God the place we applied was understanding and gave us a place to live. This ************************* stole our information, ghosted us and then used my social to ding my credit. This guy has 5 kids and claims to be ********** He's a conartist and *** should look at him for stealing information and running cons.

This company does not own any property being referenced. The complaint seems to be made against an employee that might work for both companies. A resolution would have to go through the proper company. Further, the person making this complaint appears to be someone who did not qualify for a rental residence. The company used to screen applicants by the other company in question, is apartments.com, a very reputable 3rd party company. It could be that the person did not receive notice by mail prior to making the complaint or that they provided a bad address.

On June 15th i moved into one of the Modulars ************************* was renting out under the business easy button capital in ************. His add stated $795 rent and $1000 deposit. $1795 moved you in. Upon lease signing he then added a $40 administration fee. I later was informed that per ND law you cannot charge a deposit greater than rent. I had viewed the property earlier that week and had confirmed with him that all utilities worked. There was mold in the foyer that we agreed I would clean myself for $150 in which I had never been compensated for. Upon arrival that Thursday night the water did not work. I informed ****** the next morning in which he replied i probably wouldnt get help until Monday. Throughout the course of 2 weeks I was ran in circles as to why ****** could not find someone to get out water working. I contacted city hall and was told **************** had a leak in his system that they had been trying to contact him about but he refused to take responsibility. After 2 weeks of me, my spouse and 2 small children living with no running water i requested to be moved to a different unit. ************************* is now trying to charge me a $204 for water. I requested to view the water bill to see how I used that much water but was denied. I called city hall to explain billing and was told it was it costed $19 for the first 2000G and $10 for every 1000G after and $15 for sewer with a $4 charge for ever 1000G after. I explained to **************** there was absolutely no way I used that much water especially for the fact that did not have water for the first 2 weeks of living in the property and that I should not be getting charged for the leak he refuses to fix but he did not care what I had to say. I showed the property twice and both times he ghosted these people after they showed interest not ever replying back to them. ****** has since done the same to me and is now ignoring all of my messages. I was bit by the neighbors dog and he is refuses to acknowledge it.
