Date of inspection was on November 2019. House had repairs that needed done that never were. The hot water heater was outdated and corroded. The air conditioner was leaking and had no return vent. The outside of the home was in disrepair (the gate to the fence, outside irrigation) and was supposed to be fixed but was not. When I tried to contact them they hung up on me or did not answer my calls. I spent over $20,000 on repairs that were supposed to have been done. This situation has been financially draining and extremely distressing to me.Business response

We are in receipt of your complaint. We are very sorry you feel after 2 years and 2 months somehow Digital is responsible for your issues. The water heater worked at the time of the inspection. The air conditioning was working at the time of the inspection, with no leaks. WE do not inspect irrigation systems, per state standards, If something was 'supposed' to be fixed, that has nothing to do with us.e
