This is for work done on 12/06/23; Three Timber LLC contracted for service jobs Invoice #****; Quote was for $2,428.00 [11/28/23 paid deposit $680.00; 12/15/23 paid balance $1,748.00]. Two or more of the paid for services were incorrectly or improperly done. [1] SNAP EDGE for two existing concrete pavers pads was quoted at $ ******, but only one pad was finished. ********************* is aware and SAID he would get it done? Then [2] the entire IRRIGATION DRIP SYSTEM was quoted at about $600.00 to $ ****** to include a Drip system with a Rainbird Valve + wiring for the Timer. Two days later (City of *************************** monitoring my smart meter said it started 12/08/23). They determined after inspections, that the Valve (GFI) failed to shut off! [3] Dumping 1000 of gallons a day on 4 new plants. It was the rainy season, so it was not apparent. We turned off the water source and my water use went back to 58 gallons a day on average. Again, ********************* said they would replace it, but did not! [4] I have texted his number and website three times, but none were ever answered. I asked them to set an appointment for the fixes because I am 76 years old and crippled and cannot just walk out there and make sure they did it right, my ****** does not do gravel surfaces safely. Either he has to take care of this and complete the job correctly or pay someone to do it and supervise it. Temperatures are quickly on the rise in AZ, and I have asked him now for more than 60 days to comply? He is an AZ Registered Contractor and an LLC owner, so he is triple liable. What's next if he does not quickly comply [before temperatures reach 100 and my new plants suffer]. Next is ROC; AG; ***************** Yelp; *********************** whatever it takes to get justice!

      Hello *****!

We would like to address the above complaint. We never intend to take advantage of customers or put customers in a difficult position. With that being said, Three Timbers took on *****'s project as a nicety, helping someone that was taken advantage of by a previous contractor who left her high and dry. We explained that we are always hesitant to build off of a previous contractors work due to the fact that we cannot guarantee the outcome of the work that the previous contractor did. With that being said we completed a project that we'd typically have a $4,000 minimum fee on, for under $2,500.

With all that being said, it appears that a valve must have failed on *****'s irrigation system due to the extreme water pressure (city issue, not landscaper issue) coming from her main line. We have revisited the property three times, replacing the valve twice. I am under the impression that our technician went a third time last week, installing another new valve and adding another pressure reducer with no additional cost to the client. My technician also claims that this new valve seems to be holding and has stopped the leakage.

Also, with the snap edging, it is difficult to know exactly where the project begins and ends. We should have worked harder to define each mistake the previous contractor made and how many of those mistakes we'd be able to solve. I cannot guarantee a guy will be out there to install the snap edging next week, but can add it to a teams to-do list to complete over the next month.

We are sorry for any inconvenience ***** may have endured, but sometimes nature and irrigation can be a massive pain in the **** and we try our best to make it right.

      Thanks!

MY Son took pictures of the mess left by Three timbers employees,  last night. There is mud sprayed all over the side of the house from where their workmen blew up the mud near the valve box. BUT NO VALVES? Their black online flow valve appears to be not adequate for 4 plants. There is a pair of pliers sitting in front of my house water pressure valve NOT PART OF THE INITIAL IRRIGATION PLAN. And evidence of damage to that set s**** from wrenching on it! Ethics is an issue when the workers refused to give constructive notice z

Hello *****! I'm sorry to hear that. Could you please provide the photos from the message you recently sent? I have not seen photos of the repair but would be shocked to learn that there wasn't a valve installed?? We've never had one of our guys skip over the valve installation before, so maybe a couple of photos would clear up what you are trying to portray. Secondly, are the drips not working at this point?? And what are you hoping to get out of this discussion? Should we still be going back and forth about a valve repair or are you looking for compensation? I want to make sure the priority is clear so we continue this in an equitable fashion to hopefully create a more satisfied customer. Thank you!

It has been 5 months that what he was paid to installed has not worked. His offer was to come by in 10 more days ... himself? What else can I do, ...he did not fix the problem or refund the money... SO... now  my new trees have to be watered by hand in 100 degree heat ??.  When he comes by is he doing  the repair himself? Or bringing the refund ... so I can hire some one to correct  his workmanship errors? At 77 years old I am crippled and have heart ??  problems and this is way too much stress.
