Excellent customer service and very quick watch repair when I went in to their ********** store. I requested a new battery and a watch band adjustment so that it would fit my wrist better. The service was fast and *** helped me in changing the battery and removing the links in a matter of 10 minutes. No sweat, it was in and out. It was my first visit, and I had a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, I'll return when I need another repair.

This was my first time at ** *********************** and I looked up reviews first to find a place with good service and trust. Some shops are rude and not reliable with jewelry. ** ********************** was great. ******* was really friendly, made me feel welcome, and comfortable. Unlike other places where they watch you closely and pressure you while you look, ** **********************s store was laid-back. The other customers there were nice too, which made the place feel great. I get why people like it so much. The prices on the jewelry were good too. I had an excellent experience at Ed ********************** in ********. ***** was super professional and took the time to answer all my questions while guiding me through the selling process. She was really fair and honest with how she paid me for the gold, gemstones, and jewelry I sold. I've been to this place twice to change the batteries in my good watches, and theyve always been great. A few months back, I brought in three watches and they changed the batteries in all three and polished out a few scratches on one of my older Breitling watches so it looks a lot better now. They did it all in about 30 minutes while I waited. I'm very happy with the work they did and I'll definitely go back to them for any watch repairs I need in the future.E D Marshall Jewelers Response

This store did such an amazing job repairing my ring! Initially I had taken it to a different jeweler in ******************* where a repair mistake was made (the ring was sized down and the solder joint broke in the very back). I was very hesitant to take it back to that same spot to get it fixed, given what happened the first time. I took it in to ED ********************** and they fixed it and soldered it back together and you cant even tell it was ever sized. Extremely fair and reliable. This jewelry store is excellent, with a very nice staff. I took in my divers watch for a battery replacement, a water pressure test and an adjustment to the chronograph hand which seemed to be sticking after ** press the button to start it. They did an outstanding job on the watch repair and I was pleasantly surprised by their pricing which I thought was very fair. Not many stores work on diver watches so Im glad I found them. I needed my ring resized by almost two sizes and ****** helped me measure my finger when I came into the store. Their jeweler did a perfect job, even with tightening all the small diamonds on the band and the back of the ring. You could never even tell it was resized! They also set a diamond into a necklace and I got both pieces back in a day. I can't say enough about how fast and good their work is. I researched this business on the BBB after seeing an ad online for a free watch battery. I walked in without an appointment to get a watch battery replaced. It was an easy and quick process, the employee was friendly and the price was exactly as advertised - free! They even set my watch's time and date for me and gave me some options for a ring repair I have been thinking about getting done. Usually you expect some fine print with these types of promotions but they honored it exactly as the ad said. Definitely recommend!E D Marshall Jewelers Response

Got 3 quotes from different stores for my Rolex Yachtmaster and ED ********************** was a little higher and their staff was very helpful and friendly. Their price was about $400 higher than another offer I received from a different company in ****************. All were a little less than I was hoping for, but I felt they were fair overall and I realize they have to make a profit as well. It was a good experience and next time in the market for a different model I'll make sure to swing over to them again.E D Marshall Jewelers Response

We had been looking at a ring on their website for years and finally decided to visit the store on ***************. Even though the ring was inexpensive by most jewelry standards, we were treated very well. **** and **** assisted us in finding the ring we wanted and both of them were extremely polite and friendly throughout the entire process.
