      Run DO NOT walk away from Myka as quality was sub-standard and customer service was even worse. Ordered a bracelet memorializing the death of our son to give my wife on her first birthday after his death. The photo pendant fell off the very first day as the anchoring clasp was so cheap. I contacted Myka to correct the situation and they would even acknowledge the letter I sent. Buyer BEWARE!

      It was my husband's very first Father's *** and I ordered a chain with our daughter's name on it. For Men, Myka recommended the 18 inch chain which they said was the most popular size to order. When we received the chain, it was like a choker size on my husband and looked absolutely ridiculous. With the extra protection plan I purchased I was able to get a reorder once I exchanged the necklace I had. I requested a return label and it took Myka 6 days to send it to me. I have never had to wait 6 days for a return label in my life. Myka mentioned that I would have to wait ***** business days to get the reordered correct-sized necklace sent to me once they received my return. I followed the tracking carefully, and saw that my necklace had reached their facility. I emailed Myka to let them know and they said my necklace was not at their facility and that tracking may not be correct sometimes. They sent me a return label for the United ********************** I asked them to confirm that **** had WRONG tracking information. After two days I received an apology email that they did, in fact, receive the necklace I returned. They sent me my reorder...HOWEVER, the chain was RUSTED and TARNISHED. I was so upset. I no longer wanted to work with Myka due to this whole process I had to deal with. Needless to say, they ruined my husband's first Father's ***. I asked Myka for a refund and they refused to give me one. WHAT COMPANY DOESN'T REFUND FOR A DAMAGED ITEM THEY SENT ME??? They only offered store credit which I agreed to, and of course now I have to wait 48 hours for the credit. This company is pretty much a scam. I feel like I was robbed and I highly suggest you DO NOT ORDER FROM MYKA. I will be filing a report on the Better Business Bureau and with the Attorney General, along with leaving one star reviews anywhere I can.

      It must be Scammer!!!I made a purchase and received it last week but they sent the wrong item.Since then, I have been trying to contact and resolve it, but I only received an email saying that it would be responded to in 24 hours, but it does not happen.Terrible customer service. There is no way to contact them if they do not respond to the email.I will contact paypal to have my money back since they shipped the wrong item.

      Scammers! NOT real jewelry. My mom wanted a silver necklace for Mother's Day and it turned after first wear. And they have yet to respond about my refund.

      They are a BIG scam! I'm still waiting for my refund. I sent the screenshot that indicates the address where a delivery was supposed to be sent. I got a confirmation stating the delivery was made. I emailed them and told them I never got my item. What I got was an email saying get it yourself. And oh by the way we sent you a coupon with a discount for your next purchase WHAT A JOKE. 2 months later, I am still waiting for my refund

      Dont I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering an expensive Mothers Day gift from them. The gift came and the chain broke as my Mom was removing it from the box it came from. I engaged in a multiple email exchange requesting that the chain was replaced- and despite sending photo proof that the chain was broken, they would only replace it once the chain was shipped back to them. I have never had a reputable business do this. When I went to try and leave a review, Trust Pilot Reviews that are featured on their website- would not allow me to leave a review unless I clicked on 4 or 5 stars. Yikes! Highly recommend staying away from this company.

      We are sorry that the chain of the necklace damaged after the first time your Mom removed it from the box, but please note that we can only replace the chain if you send it back to us. 

      We can see that we already gave you an exception, and we will send you the new chain as soon as you confirmed that you sent back the chain to us, and the label shows that it is on the way - however, upon checking the label, we can see that it is not yet shipped back.

      I made 2 purchases for Mothers Day. I received one order and did not receive the other when I contacted them they told me that I canceled the order.. Me? That "I" canceled an order that was very very important to me. Then I asked for proof they did provide it. I was told that I canceled the order and requested that I receive store credit. I would NEVER EVER cancel an order no less request credit for a company that I would NEVER EVER EVER do business with again.. I'm on my laptop as I text and no where anywhere show that my order is canceled.. As a matter of fact it's still tracking my order telling me in real time that I will receive it on May 8th 2024. Can you believe that not only do they LIE to you they STEAL your money then try to INSULT you by making it seem like you canceled an order and refuse to return you hard earn money.. I saved up for this and they ROBBED me.. Why would you do that to people. Why are we powerless to deal with a company like this.. Please folks this company is a scam they will rob steal your money and make it seem like you are crazy..

      When you asked us to cancel the store credit, and proceed with the order, we did as you requested, cancelled the credit you received, and reordered the necklace for you. Now it is in production, and could be shipped to you soon, but you asked to cancel it again.

      I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. I also added the gift wrap and although the regular shipping looked close, I purchased the expedited shipping too. Well, it did not make it before Mothers Day. I received a message from MYKA a day before Mothers Day apologizing about not making it for Mothers Day. Finally received package after Mothers Day. Package was flat. Gift box wrinkled. The only thing that looks original like listing is the actual heart itself. The names did not line up as I instructed and the beads did not look the same as advertised in pictures. The chain is also very thin. First purchase from MYKA and will definitely be my last. Buyer beware!!!!

      Placed an order and for 1 week has been showing "Label printed", phone call goes to Voice mail and no one available on chat.They responded saying nothing to worry about though cant explain why for a week **** tracking is showing as label created.About to report this to my credit card as fraud
