This business keeps emailing me that I need to pay a $250 invoice from 2020. I do not remember them doing any work for me. I have asked them to provide any documentation they have that the work was done. They have not provided me any documentation other than threatening legal action against me. I would like to settle the matter with the business but will not pay them until I have documentation that there was work completed.Business response

We apologize that your experience did not match your expectations. We have provided proof of service and have been attempting to collect since 2021 and still await payment for our services.Customer response

I have been requiring proof of service which has not been provided by the business. All I have seen is an invoice which is not proof of service. My question is what other proof of service do they have? Do you have the serial numbers of the light bulbs replaced? Do you have a statement from the technician onsite?
