My wife has been garnished by this lawfirm over and over for years now. I think we are on garnishment number 5 now. They never garnish the full amount, they always do it in chunks so the debt never gets paid off. It then accrues a crazy amount of interest because it is still a debt and they hit us with a garnishment again for interest and legal fees. They don't call. They don't notify you of anything, they just file garnishments with the courts. We have likely paid in excess of $10,000 for a $1400 debt and there is no way to contact them. Every time we call there is no answer. I've sent multiple emails with no response. This is a complete scam and they should go to jail for it.Initial Complaint

To the other complaints... HOLD MY BEER. My mother made payments on her life insurance for 20 years. I cared for her in my home for the last ten yrs. She was in a wheelchair so I lifted her out of the wheelchair for ten years. I was/ am physically destroyed after lifting a person 30 times a day. She passed away. I received her 65 thousand dollar life insurance. Ten years before this my husband was in court for work on a flooring project. It was a five thousand dollar job. No one addressed the lawsuit because it was in the end a wash. BUT, it was still filed in court. One week after my mother's funeral I found out that this law firm had bought this case. The moment I deposited the life insurance check, this law firm took EVERY *****. 65 thousand dollars. I spoke with someone and explained what happened and they didn't care even a little bit. I soon after had to go into the psychiatric hospital because I couldn't process the fact that my mother had paid on this policy for 20 years and these vile people took her entire life insurance to pay a 5 thousand dollar debt. The interest alone was almost 40 thousand dollars. They are horrible people. They destroy people and they do not care.
