Date of purchase: 10/7/2023 Amount paid for item: $29.04 I purchased a Deluxe Fringe Suede Cowgirl Coat I requested a refund or store credit on ***** after trying on the Cowgirl coat and realizing it was too small. The coat is too small to be labeled as Medium/Large. I emailed the company asking for a refund or store credit. I was provided a return policy link. The link that was emailed to me greyed out the item I was trying to return. Julbie Support emailed me back stating that This item is not eligible for return or exchange. It is a sale/clearance item.I responded: As a consumer when ordering this item, a notification or disclaimer should have been indicated during checkout that this item is not eligible for return or exchange. It indicates that it is a sale item but there's nothing indicating that it can't be returned. Theres nothing on this website displaying that the item is on clearance and final sale. Julbie Support provided this as part of their return policy. 30-Day Return Window: We allow up to 30 days from the date you originally received the item to return it in its original condition. The product must contain original packaging, labels, and tags still attached and intact. The return must be postmarked (shipped) on/before the 30 day window to be eligible for a return. *Costumes must be sent back within 14 (fourteen) days from the date your package was delivered. & Stockings, bodystockings, *******, beauty products, cosmetics, and wigs are non-returnable. Clearance Items: Products listed and purchased in the CLEARANCE tab of our website are not eligible for a refund. Clearance items are final sale! There is no CLEARANCE tab on their website. Received a costume that had a large tear in it. Sent the costume back in early October and I have reached out to the company 3 times with no response and I havent received my money back even though they received their product back.
