As business owners, its not really our thing to leave negative reviews of other businesses but given what we went through and the money we lost in hiring MFA, we felt it was important to post publicly to help others from going through the same.We worked with MFA from late Sept 2021 Jan 2022. We paid $12k CAD for their work and spent another $8k-$9K in ad spend and didnt make a cent of it back through the ********************** they made us.Weve been in business for 3 years and have worked with **********************/page developers, business coaches, copy writers and ad managers and weve never had such a poorly performing ********************** like we did through MFA.The leads were a joke - we had 100 calls booked of which only 14 showed up but either were from countries we dont normally advertise to and didnt speak English or had no idea what they were signing up for. It was like a bot had filled our calendar with fake leads.Seeing the direction and suggestions of our project manager, which at times made no sense, or were not at all what we were promised as part of the process, we began losing trust that they knew what they were doing.After a lot of frustration, time, energy and money wasted we sent our project manager a message in late Jan 2022 to terminate any further testing (respectfully), and he didnt even have the courtesy to respond.For anyone thinking of hiring marketing/lead gen ********************** developers, our advice is this thoroughly research the companies you are considering and look for some sort of guarantee. If they cant stand behind their work and expertise to provide one, then they arent invested enough in the success of their clients.

We assigned this company to assist us with our business funnel system in *********. It did not meet up to what was promised and definitely did not address our expectations and initial perceptions ; nor was it compatible or suitable to the Australian market demographic. Upon expressing our disappointment and concerns, we were promised a partial refund which to this date has not happened. Refund was promised in July 2021.This is a company which should not pride itself in any way especially going back on their word. To all those considering using this company and services i would think twice. If the owner has any pride of his establishment and business and is true to his refund commitment (which i have in email format) , then kindly follow through and many more people will continue to use your services. It all comes down to credibility. During this festive season and as the year comes to a close, it would be great to see you follow through and provide us with our partial refund as promised.Thank you.

An absolute joke of a business.I signed up for the *** last year. I was told on the sales call that they can work with any kind of business and have had success bringing in great leads for all kinds of companies.That was a total lie and false advertising.Here is what actually happened.We had a sales call with a "*******************************"I was skeptical of *** at a first but on the call **** was very reassuring and cleared all our concerns.They create this allure that they are soooo busy and make the client feel like we are lucky that they chose to work with us.It felt great. Seemed like they really knew what they are doing.But right after that is when the disaster started. Looking back, there were so many red flags.This company reeks of unprofessionalism After we paid, we did not hear back for weeks. We tried contacting them through the tickets, and tried contacting ****. All we kept getting was, we will pass this info to ***** and he will look into it.After about 3 weeks they finally got back. **** made some excuses and said they didn't realize the payment was gone through and what not So, they sent us this form to fill out and there was apparently a "****" that was the project manager Instead once we filled out the form and sent all the info they needed, we were passed on to a different guy. I don't recall his name, but he was absolutely useless.You would think that a company called "Marketing Funnel Academy" would know how to make a simple funnel.Nope. This guy had no idea what he was doing. The funnel looked absolutely hideous, and we had to make the changes ourselves.Then came the copy. Copy looked very flashy, but when it came to conversions, we had multiple people literally sending us angry messages back asking to unsubscribe and telling us how full of ourselves we sound with theses emails I have taken some copywriting courses since ***, and my God their copy is designed to look fancy, but as far as conversions go... It is a load of c*** I just read what they sent over, and this is what boils my blood to write this review. People paid over $10k for this. This is a scam. *** is scamming beginners and this needs to stop.But at that time we trusted them So, once we build the funnel. Dialed all the copy into Active campaign ourselves, and started running ads... 2 days. No leads.$300 spent, with nothing to show for it.After that we got a couple of leads over the next day or so. And they were absolutely the worst.None of them had any money. They did not even understand what we were selling.The ******** Ads copy and the email copy, did not convey anything at all. Just looked flashy.It is about this time that the reality started settling in for my partner and I.We had scraped together $10k, and spent over 3k in ads.We did not had a single new client, and pretty much nothing to show for it.This week ***** was having a call. So we joined They had the call set up in a way that only the host could talk, and we could not even see who else was on the call You could type your questions in the chat. (But the chat was private between you and the host)I could tell that they were getting similar concerns from other people as well, and most of the call seemed like ***** reassuring everyone Then it was our time to talk. Look, we were in a desperate position at this time. We had to really scrap together the money for their "services" and on top of that spent over $3k in FB ads We kept our composure, and did our best to relay our concerns. So ***** does the same reassurance with us as well. Gives us grand numbers, and tells us everyone was having a meeting at his house next day, and they will make it right for us And then the same thing again.Could not hear back from them for a couple of weeks.We decided to pause the ads Then the project manager finally responded, and told us that they are working on new copy for us We got the "New" copy. It was same of the old with some words changed. But there was no substantive change.We again trusted and ran the ads for another week.Another $1k spent. Another week of aweful leads, and immense stress.Then apparently the 8 weeks support period was over, and we never heard from them again.This was back in 2020, but the fact that today I got another ad from them, really boiled my blood.We had since then taken this ******* and moved on.But I am reading so many of the same reviews of them.They need to be stopped, or at least be help somewhat accountable.

Be careful about buying anything from “funnel steve”. I wasted $7,500 on a below average funnel that didnt yield a single sale. I then hired a cheap guy from India on ****** to build me a funnel for literally 1/10th the cost and my funnel is, and has been, rocking with sales. This guy is a poser.
