I received notice that this business was closing via text message. I purchased a 1 year membership, and the company is non-responsive about refund options. I still have 5 months membership that I paid upfront. I am seeking a refund for the remainder of the membership, as I no longer have access to classes.Initial Complaint

I paid my plan and then paid for the Premier class in full in April.Air quality in the Dojo is a huge health concern for our son.Being that he sees a Pulmonologist for his lungs and bronchial tubes he cant even consider returning until the air was absolutely clear.He can and will get sick and stay sick for months. We've never received a receipt or copy of any contract. We had no opportunity to read any fine print.I have no proof of any purchases from your company.Just charge after charge on my credit cards. Nothing printed and nothing emailed.My credit cards apparently have been saved in a file with all of my personal information.A non employee has the back door code and people are left in the office alone at times. Purchases have been made and not received.Premier uniform,Premier **** ********* Uniform. Dojo is constantly closing or class is ran by an adult from the adult class.There are last minute closings.Getting canceled and then told you can come on days where you aren't available is a loss. Also, closing and telling members that they can attend a class 45 minutes away is unrealistic as well.I was under the impression that *************** was part owner in the business and he would be the instructor for my child's entire program. It feels like a Bait and Switch situation now. Now that we were pressured into paying for our plans in full instead of monthly like I originally planned, everything has changed. None of this is what we were presented with or what we signed up for. Since I have no receipt s for anything the numbers I am using are from all of my credit card charges.04/11/23 $5564.56 (Pay off amount to add Premier)12/20/22 $1930.44 (Roll over amount from previous pay off of $2415)04/22/23 $129.99 sparring uniform. Reorder never received)$210.60 (Unused grad, PNO, 1 private) ($675.00) (Minus 3 months of Premier. On May 9th, we noticed an unauthorized charge of $49 to our credit card from our son's karate studio, Premier Martial Arts in *******, *******. We had already paid the required enrollment fee and monthly membership fee. Upon inquiring about the charge, the studio director explained that an email had been sent to parents notifying them of the charge (see attachment) for "studio enhancements." We never authorized this charge and unauthorized charges to our credit card was not a part of our signed contract. We have made multiple attempts to contact the business, including to get a copy of our contract, and they have not responded. Attempts include: Text message, email, ******** message, phone call, and a post to the ******** members page.Initial Complaint

Recently we were billed for one childs monthly BBE dues on July 15th. Confused, I attempted to reach out multiple times to understand if this was a mistake or possibly fraudulent as we are normally billed for both children on the same day, the 25th of every month (as has been the case for the past two years). In fact, this was how we were billed just last month even including the increase due to my child being in black belt. I am asking for a refund of the current July 15th charge and a copy of the contracts we signed for my records. I spoke with ********, the program director on the phone briefly (after dozens of attempts to reach someone), but a refund is the resolution I would like. We have also not had pieces of equipment provided to my child that were a part of our black belt package purchase for the past 4 months. I would like those pieces and to have my children removed from the program as we have also not had certain services provided.
