I applied for a loan with my mortgage holder and the next day I received an email from Good Day Financial offering to top the loan I might be getting. I am quite positive that Experian did not notify them of my personal business. Good Day financial has had third party company Advantage Credit to pull my credit 2 times without my authorization. I am not doing any business with Good Day nor have I applied with them. When I reach out to Good Day I do not get a response. These inquiries are negatively affecting my credit score.Business response

This credit report was pulled on 3/1 with the clients permission. We have spoken to the client,and they do not dispute the pull on 3/1. However, we did have a system error and the credit that was pulled again on 6/1 was pulled in error due to a technology issue that has since been fixed. We have contacted our credit provider and had the credit pull on 6/1 removed from the clients credit report. We have spoken to the client and let them know the credit pull is being removed from the credit report as well.Initial Complaint

I am receiving undesired and uninvited postal mail solicitations from this business. I have tried to contact them as requested via telephone numbers provided at their website but there is never an ability to get through despite multiple attempts. Remove my name and address from your database and never contact me again.Business response
