Do not use this lender! The buyers of our house used this lender and due to the lenders actions caused the close of our house to be delayed by a WEEK! It was just excuse after excuse for the delays. We could never get a straight answer out of them. It was always someone else's fault or out of their control. They were requesting paperwork from the buyers, after we were supposed to close, that should have been obtained before per-approval! So much incompetence. At one point our realtor, who has been doing this at least a decade and has done a many foreign sales, was calling them out for not getting certain paperwork sooner and they would just insult her and tell her that she "must be a new realtor" and "has no idea what you're talking about". Obviously she does know what she's talking about as even she knew the paperwork should have been obtained sooner. I am thankful the seller of our new house was understanding of our situation, but even their realtor had to get involved to get this lender to move.Review from Katherine W

If it wasn't for him, we would not have been able to close the loan with Rocket Mortgage - He called us after ****** was not able to qualify us for additional loan proceeds He was very helpful throughout the process, and we recommend him highly. Amazing Company! It was a saving ****** ************************* called me after I applied for refinancing with my mortgage. I've applied to 2 or 3 different companies, so I couldn't remember if it was a Good day. I decided to give it a try. My refinance only took 20 days! ******* was able to push thru all the paperwork and got it refinanced at 4% right before the interest rate went up. I'm not stressed with a pile of debt burden piling up. Good Day made it a great day for me. Highly recommended.I'm looking forward to working with them with another mortgage dealer with a 2nd house!Review from Arline G

I worked with ************************* on a VA Re-Fi and he made the process completely stress free and seamless. He was always attentive and informative and was available at any time to address any questions I had, Most importantly, he listened to me from the very beginning so that he could understand my needs and goals and worked out the best option for me to meet those needs and goals. It was so re-freshing not to have to deal with a heavy handed sales pitch. First class company and service and I highly recommend working with ******* and Good Day Financial. When rates eventually start dropping again, I'll only call *********************** to review options and will not consider another company.**************************Review from James C

********************* was excellent to work with. His business, Good day financial, was very professional and knowledgeable about refinancing. I am retired from the Navy and I would definitely recommend him and his company to all military personnel. Since, I am now a civilian, I can say with full confidence that this company should be one of the first to be contacted if you want fast, best pricing, and friendly experience with financing a house.
