**** oversaw our VA home loan and it was a disaster. The day before our closing, we asked the title company for wiring instructions which exposed their oversight ineptness. They needed 5 documents from the builder and though they emailed requests on four separate dates, no one on the team could bother to pick up a phone to ensure they sent them. **** never bothered to check on his team's progress either. But they took no accountability for this and consequently the closing date got pushed out one day which caused us to have to reschedule a lot of next step move items like movers, storage facility, furniture delivery, internet setup, etc. They waisted an entire day of ours and pushed it into the two days we specifically said we couldn't close on. But while we waited the entire morning to go to the title company to sign, they kept promising "any time". We were told to go at 3:30pm. We waited 2 hours at the title company for their paperwork but they blew that deadline too and embarrassed the title gal by having clients sit there while they promised "any minute". Turns out they missed a key form needed by them delaying the original closing. In the end, they didn't get it together until 8pm and yhe title gal had to get up at 6am to drive to our place to sign early morning so it would record that month. My wife had an important board licensing test that day and had told them all along not to do the close around that day as she needed clear focus to succeed. Nobody ever got an apology from them over this until our realtor had to call him afterwards pointing out just that. This was the single worst handling of a loan closing that our realtor, title agent or us as clients had ever experienced.

Normally buying a house and applying for a mortgage is a stressful thing to do based on my previous experiences but this never the case working with ******************** of the WEMORTGAGE. I have never experienced such a great and professional service from a mortgage officer in my entire life, working with him was a delight. I can definitely refer him to all people I know who need mortgage assistance.
